I used Charleston Black Cab Co to take my mom from Charleston to Greenville since she does not like to fly and I could not take her the day she needed to go. The service was great. They sent confirmations and picked her up on time. The driver was very courteous.

Great price, and the shuttle was well-stocked with ice, paper towels, and cups, which was really helpful. The driver was also accommodating when we needed to adjust our pickup time. However, the driving itself was pretty rough — the driver went fast, made a lot of hard stops, and didn’t slow down much on turns. We were definitely a little shaken up when we got off. Overall, the service and setup were great, but the driving made the experience feel less comfortable than we would have liked.

Great service from Charleston Black Cab Company. I called the day before we needed transportation back to the airport, and was given a quote over the phone. I then received an email confirmation--the whole process was so easy! And the forward-facing car seat for a toddler was free to use! From the couple of quotes I received, their prices are very competitive, if not a little better than other company's.
The best part though was our driver (Michael Dao) was wonderful... he showed up early, was so kind and helpful, and even drove us to a gas station for our other rental to fill up before arriving at the airport. I would definitely use them again.

Charleston Black Cab was amazing!!! We used them for my bachelorette party to go downtown and we had a blast! Valerie and Herbert, our drivers there and back, were so much fun! I’d highly recommend this company to anyone in the Charleston area! Professional and such a great time!

With the news of the impending hurricane, my wife and I were concerned about getting our son out of Charleston when the college shut down.
We were able to get him a flight, but as he doesn't have a car at school, we worried about him getting to the airport on time and traffic problems. We called and scheduled transportation for him through Charleston Black Cab Company. The staff there was a great help and provided assurances that he would arrive safe and on time. They were very kind in providing a worried mother with texts when they picked him up as well as when they had dropped him off. Thank you Charleston Black Cab Company!!!!

Rented the 25 person party bus for a special birthday.Bus was much more than we expected, everyone had a great time. Our driver Mr. Singleton was very gracious and made as many stops as we needed throughout the night. highly recommend and most definitely will be booking another bus soon.

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for my 21st. We were planning on getting the bus to drive us to different places for us to celebrate, but we ended up spending most of the time on the bus since we loved it so much. We had Herbert as our driver, and he was so kind, patient, and he seriously made it such a great experience for everyone. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to have a good time!

On our wedding day the party bus we rented from another company broke down just before our wedding party was to travel to the ceremony! We called Charleston Black Cab Co. and not only did they accommodate our large party almost immediately, they made the day so much more enjoyable and our ceremony started right on time with all of us present! The Charleston Black Cab Company provided limousine service for my wife and her friends to her 70th Birthday Party. All they could talk about was how nice, how courteous and how professional the driver, Joe Jones was - he even offered these ladies recipes. He was polite and engaging to the point they were sad the ride was over. The vehicle itself was stylish, clean, large and comfortable. A truly enjoyable enhancement to a 70th Birthday Party celebration. (Attached is a screen shot of a text from one of the passengers, in transit, no less!)
