We had a wonderful time on our tea and wine tour. The driver was absolutely amazing and we all enjoyed the comfort and timeliness of the tour!

I took the 14 person bus from Isle of Palms to downtown Charleston and back, (the round trip service) and the service was awesome! The booking person was very helpful, and they were in contact with me from even before the day of the event, right up to when they showed up. The driver was also very professional and kind. Overall, would highly recommend Charleston Black Cab Company to anyone.

We had the best experience with the Charleston Black Cab Company. Sheila was our driver, and she was incredible. She was professional, friendly, extremely helpful, attentive, and quick to respond. She helped us all out of and into the car at every stop. The car was clean and spacious, and the perfect ride for my sister’s bachelorette party. The Charleston Black Cab Company provided limousine service for my wife and her friends to her 70th Birthday Party. All they could talk about was how nice, how courteous and how professional the driver, Joe Jones was - he even offered these ladies recipes. He was polite and engaging to the point they were sad the ride was over. The vehicle itself was stylish, clean, large and comfortable. A truly enjoyable enhancement to a 70th Birthday Party celebration. (Attached is a screen shot of a text from one of the passengers, in transit, no less!)

Very easy and professional. Only reason I rate a 4 is because I ordered a Porsche as a getaway car, but they showed up in a Mercedes…… didn’t notice until family let me know a few weeks after wedding.
Might not be a big deal to some, but I had a vision and it was not in a Mercedes.

Black Cab has been able to handle all my last minute trips to the airport. I like the cars / drivers and back office system which allows me to schedule trips in advance, pay for them and get a receipt that I can science with a date of the day of travel. Black also is reasonably priced compared with their competitors

Smooth as silk. Everything was as good as it could be from phoned in booking to text and email reminders through pick up and drop off.

Charleston Black Cab was AMAZING. The whole process of booking went so smoothly. We booked the 38 person party bus and and was so fun. Plenty of room, you can play your own music. We had Herbert as our driver and he was so nice and accommodated all of our needs. Overall 10/10 experience!!!

Brandon's service and driving could not have been better. Communication with the trip coordinator before and during the trip was timely. He navigated Charleston traffic and arrived right on time at every stop/pick up. AAA+++ Highly recommend!

Easy airport pick up and drop off for a large group!

We rented the big limo-style party bus that holds 38 people for our approximately 30-person group. We felt like celebrities! And no one wanted to get off for our stop bc they were having so much fun! Our driver was timely, friendly, and very professional. This was for my husband’s 40th birthday and we will 1000% be booking again for my 40th next year! Incredible experience and helpful booking staff. Won’t ever be able to book with another company after experiencing Charleston Black Cab Company!

We recently used the Charleston Black Cab Company for a birthday celebration and they were excellent. The communication and ease of reaching our driver was wonderful.
