Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

Thank you Joe for taking great care of my sisters and I. We had a fabulous time seeing the Angel Oak tree, the winery, tea tour and roof deck!

After a long day travelling from the UK to Charleston, we were met at the Airport by Terrie. During our trip Terrie was in contact to let us know she was tracking our flight and where we would meet her as we left the airport. Given it was 1.30am after 24 hours of travel this was really appreciated. An excellent all round service.

This was one of the best experiences in Charleston! We came for a bachelorette and everything was phenomenal. Val was extremely accommodating and so much fun the entire time. Highly recommend!

My flight was delayed, but the company was very flexible in getting my driver there at the time of my arrival even though it was 6 hours past when I was scheduled to land. Similarly after my medical board exam ended early I was pleasantly surprised to find out when I called to notify them that my driver was already on his way. They have stylish and clean luxury cars that far surpass a cab/taxi at a competitive price. Would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling to the Charleston area. Much cheaper than renting a car and much more luxurious than taking a taxi/cab.

Rented 38 passenger party bus for prom and all the kids said it was the highlight of the night! They had so much fun! Driver was awesome and put out red carpet for the kids to walk on and make TikTok’s lol

We planned a surprise 30th party for my best friend. We rented the bus for the ride downtown. Picked us up on time!! Very courteous staff and we had an AWESOME TIME on the bus!! The bus was over the top! We had planned to be picked up at 2 am, but we decided to leave a little early and I just texted the driver our location and he arrived within 10 minutes! Ride home was relaxing and we'll worth it!! We had a blast and will be doing this again!

The driver was early and the car was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this company I was able to book on short notice

Bus was on time and super clean and up to date. Everything worked and the driver was very professional and fun. Will definitely use again

Great Experience! Went all throughout Charleston for the night and Will never complained. Super Friendly!! The bus was super clean.

Great service and communication. The drivers and the arrival coordinator was awesome. Grouping those arriving directly and those needing to get bags. They made contact well in advance and at arrival and departure. I am very happy that my company elected to use them for our corporate travel. I would use them again.

I absolutely loved my experience with Charleston Black Cab Co. Our driver was professional, on time and most of all very accommodating! The bus was sooooo nice and spacious and I loved that we had all the supplies we could have needed. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use their services again in the future.

Always on time, customized itineraries and luxury vehicles make Black Cab the right choice!

We used the Black Cab Company for my friends bachelorette party to take us from Isle of Palms to Charleston for dinner and a night on the town. Derrick drove us literally anywhere we wanted to go and was very prompt to pick us up and patient. The bus was very clean and stocked with water and ice for your beverages.

I used Charleston Black Cab for my bachelorette this weekend and it was a great experience! Jim was very nice and I appreciate how punctual he was. The booking experience was seamless as well. Highly recommend!

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for a winery, distillery, and brewery tour. It was my sister's bachelorette party and all 9 of us had an absolute blast. Josh was an exceptional host and made sure to keep us on time, having fun, and informed. I couldn't recommend their services and the experience more as a way to see Charleston outside of downtown and have an incredible group outing. I can't wait to go back again. Thanks!!

We used Charleston Black Cab Co for a Party Bus in Isle of Palms this past weekend and the service was INCREDIBLE. Our driver was Kevin and he was so professional, attentive and thoughtful. We had to rearrange some plans and the company was super accommodating and understanding last minute. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Charleston area!!

Very professional - confirmed my pickup day before, driver arrived early and as I left my house came up to the door to take my bags. Highly recommend.

I used Charleston Black Cab Company to rent a party bus for my sister's bachelorette party. Although it was expensive, our driver, Christopher, was very professional and was willing to take us anywhere we wanted to go from Kiawah to Charleston. We had a great time and would recommend for others!
