We used Charleston Black Cab co. to get to and from the cruise terminal. David was prompt and courteous and a friendly driver. He was very knowledgeable of Charleston and told us some interesting information on different areas of Charleston. I will definitely use Black Cab any time we need a car service while in Charleston. All in all, it was a great experience.

Exceptional Service. From the moment I requested the quote to the end of my trip, I was very pleased. They got back to me quickly with all questions and I felt the fees were VERY REASONABLE.

Great and easy airport pick up and drop off for a large group!

Charleston Black Cab Company provided first rate, round trip transportation to Lowcountry Oyster Company located in Green Pond, SC. We took a walking tour of the farm and a beautiful boat tour of the oyster beds in the ACE basin. Our chauffeur, Monica, was friendly and informative. She made our trip a relaxing and fun experience!

My experience with Charleston Black Cab Company was great. I used them for airport pick-up and drop-off. We had 11 girls and booked the sprinter van which was very comfortable, clean and the awesome added touch of cold water was nice to have after our flight. I liked how the company sent text messages to update who the driver was/with their contact details and when the driver was on the way. Overall experience was really good!

Jeremy did a fantastic job getting our large group of girls from Isle of Palms to downtown Charleston for a Bachelorette dinner. He was very professional and the vehicle was clean. He was very prompt on timing but flexible with our departure as it took our large group of 12 a few minutes to board. I would absolutely recommend this service and would use it the next time I am visiting Charleston! It made my night seamless and stress free as the organizer of a large bachelorette group. Couldn’t recommend more!

Great company and very professional. They provided a ride from the airport to Kiawah - the driver was very good communicating w/ us when we arrived. Nice car, clean and efficient. I recommend them.

Customer service was great - they were so accommodating even though we changed plans last minute, provided multiple options so we could pick the option that best met our needs, were early for our reservation, and were kind and courteous with all interactions. The driver was polite, down to earth, safe, and helpful. Will definitely book with them again!

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for my 21st. We were planning on getting the bus to drive us to different places for us to celebrate, but we ended up spending most of the time on the bus since we loved it so much. We had Herbert as our driver, and he was so kind, patient, and he seriously made it such a great experience for everyone. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to have a good time!
