Exceptional service from the very start! Kim was helpful and kind while we asked questions for booking for our nonprofit that serves teachers and girls. Herbert was the best driver ever! He made our girls 1st luxury bus experience fun, safe and enjoyable. We are so grateful to this company and we could not recommend them more! Thank you Mr.Dao for your generosity and service! 10/10

Our driver Leeza picked us up in time. Her car was clean and warm. She was lovely and a safe driver. We were notified at pick up and prior that she was on her way. We wouldn’t use any other service in Charleston.

Monica was WONDERFUL! She was a fantastic chauffeur and tour guide for our tea and wine tour. Very knowledgeable about the area and sights. Would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone and make sure you request Monica!

I would highly recommend this car service company. I rented the Mercedes Sprinter van for my friend's bachelorette party transportation. John and Frank were both excellent drivers; friendly, punctual and very professional. The company even let us push back our pick up time last minute at the end of the night when we weren't quite ready to end the fun! We would definitely use them again.

We had such an awesome time! Thank you for making the experience one to remember. There was also a billing issue and your company swiftly fixed it and we continued on our way. Certainly having you provide a cab in the future!

My 17 year old daughter was flying to meet her sister at The College and neither had access to a vehicle so we went with Charleston Black Cab. They picked her up on time and delivered her to down town without issue. It made for an easy trip for her to have travel prearranged and waiting for her at the baggage area.
