Our driver John arrived early and prompt! He was very professional. I would recommend Charleston Black Cab. Especially for weekends in Charleston. We had 5 ladies and full size suburban. Reliable for entire evening.

The Charleston Black Cab Company was great to work with! They were professional, reliable, and provided quick communication. Our driver Sheila was incredible; the party bus experience was the perfect kickoff to our Charleston weekend!

The party bus was extremely convenient four our bachelorette party! The buses were clean and the staff were friendly.

5 stars all around! My friends and I were shocked at how both Jim and Richard went above and beyond for us on our night out in Charleston. They were timely, respectful, and very easy to communicate with throughout the night. Cannot recommend this service enough.

Alex our driver was great! He drove us around all day during the Axe throwing, BBQ, distillery and drinking day. The day had everything that they said they would include and the disclaimer is right, this is not an activity for lite weights. My group of guys for a bachelor party were no where near sober by the end of this tour. Perfect day for a bachelor party or just a group that is in town.

We had a great time on the bus! It arrived on time. It was a group of 10 for a bachelorette party. There was enough room for all of us and the lighting made it a fun atmosphere. The speaker system was great! We wanted to stay on the bus all night long!

Every part of my experience with Black Cab was amazing. Easy set up, superb actual service. Loved the text reminding me someone was on their way! I honestly am so glad we chose them. Worth every penny!

Customer service was great - they were so accommodating even though we changed plans last minute, provided multiple options so we could pick the option that best met our needs, were early for our reservation, and were kind and courteous with all interactions. The driver was polite, down-to-earth, safe, and helpful. Will definitely book with them again!

From start to finish an absolute great time. The company was very flexible, my fiancee had booked them for my bachelor party but several times my trip was delayed. Without any issues they were able to accommodate the changes last minute. They provided a very clean, really awesome party bus, the driver was very good, lots of recommendations for bars. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

I’ve never had to book a limo service before so I wasn’t exactly sure how it worked. I had called several companies in the Charleston area and received quotes but none of them could provide me with exactly what I was looking for within the budget I wanted. A friend then suggested that I try Charleston Black Cab Company. I spoke with a very helpful man over the phone and he was able to provide me with everything I needed within my budget! Communication after that was also so easy. I had to make several changes as the wedding date grew closer and there was always someone to help and email me with a new breakdown of my services and timeline. On the wedding day, everything was perfect! We had the Krystal Koach party bus which was so much fun and even larger than I thought it would be. We had several stops to make and drop off spots and the drivers were always on time and ready for it all. I would highly recommend Charleston Black Cab Company to anyone needing a limo service in the Charleston area!

We utilized the Charleston Black Cab Company for my boyfriend’s 28th birthday. It was easy to book, and the staff were very understanding and professional. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner, and they always answered the phone. Our Bus driver Sasha, was a doll. The bus was spacious, with comfortable seating and had pretty lights on the inside.

We recently booked a party bus for Wine + Food Festival, and I can't recommend Charleston Black Cab Company enough. The driver (Valerie) was amazing--on time, friendly, helpful and gave us a nice scenic ride home per our request. The bus itself was top notch--comfortable seats, lights, music hookup, plenty of cup holders. Everything to get the party going! Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for our transportation needs!

We did the Sippin’ Tour and had an amazing time. There was great communication throughout the booking process and the few days leading up to the tour. Josh was the best driver and guide and had everything timed out perfectly! Would definitely do this again!!

We had a large group of 16 guys for a bachelor party and our experience could not have been any better. The reservation process was hassle free. Our driver was professional and courteous and did everything he could to make sure we had a great time. I would recommend Charleston Black Cab to anyone.

The Island Tour was amazing and our tour guide Leeza was so knowledgeable about the area and made the whole experience amazing. I highly recommend this tour and you absolutely have to have Leeza be your guide.
