Had a great time on the biggest bus they offered! Honestly when everyone chipped in it was probably less than a normal night out! The bus was clean and had everything we needed and Herbert the driver was an accommodating sweet guy. We did a 20 something people bachelorette party and everyone fit easily and everyone had a great time! Everything from the panel to control the lights show and music to the water bottles and ice provided was well executed. The booking team was quick to respond and I'd recommend describing your plans to them so they can let you know what's up! It gave me peace of mind to know we had flexibility based on how the evening went.

Excellent service! The booking team was extremely responsive and answered my calls when I had quick questions. I booked 3 round trips with them over the weekend and they were perfect on all of them. They were able to accommodate some last minute changes I had to make with pick up times. I also want to mention how great the drivers were, excellent service top to bottom.

We were overall, very pleased with our rental. The 12 passenger bus itself is showing some signs of wear on the seats, but worked well for our purposes. The best part of the evening was our driver Josh. He was prompt, very accommodating and professional. We couldn't have been more pleased by Josh, he was just so kind and courteous.

We were picked up last night at the Charleston Airport by John Doose of the Charleston Black Cab Company. We used the company's excellent web site a few weeks ago to book our trip and were picked up right on time in a clean and well maintained VW; everything was exactly as we set it up.

John was courteous and helpful and we felt like we were in great hands. We'd definitely use the service again.

Fantastic experience. Joseph's driving was sublime and his service thoughtful. We had a bad car accident recently and road anxiety is still high. As an avid driver myself I've also never found it easy to give up control and be a passenger.

Chas Black Cab could not have been more professional and helpful on our bar crawl throughout chas the day we utilized their service. We received a high level of communication and a timely pick up and drop off. The entire day our driver, Chris, was patient, gave advise when we asked and made the whole experience fun and most importantly, SAFE. I would HIGHLY recommend this car service company and will most definitely call them again in the future for other upcoming services!! They absolutely ROCK!

Excellent, courteous service. Flight arrival had been delayed, even so driver located me upon landing and got me promptly to my destination.

Leeza was a great guide, she made the tour very enjoyable, was prompt and on schedule and generous with her time on the way home by providing us a tour of downtown CHS. Overall we were happy with the BBQ, brewery, and distillery choices that were provided and everyone had a nice time. Would recommend- we were a bachelor party but this works well for all kinds of groups.
