We had a fantastic experience with Charleston Black Cab last spring. We used it to/from the airport from our hotel in the historic district.

Setting up the appointment couldn't have been easier. Simply provided my information(bio, trip info, and payment) and we were good to go. They monitored my flight so when I landed I received a text with my driver's info. Within about 5 mins of landing I received a call from Montie letting me know where he was and how to get to him at the airport.

When we got out of the airport, Montie greeted us, grabbed our luggage, and provided us water. He did a great job of telling us about the local area on the way to hotel and even provided us brochures before we got out of the car.

On the wayback to the airport we also had a great experience with Michael. He was very prompt and helped us get loaded up and back to airport.

Very professional service with nice vehicles to transport you. Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough great things about Charleston Black Cab Company! We used them for a 3 day retreat for 65 people - our itinerary and transportation needs were very unique and required a lot of attention to detail. Things easily could've gone wrong and ruined the whole retreat, but thanks to Danielle and her amazing team of drivers everything worked out perfectly. Their attention to detail and level of professionalism was truly unmatched. Great ride from the Mt Pleasant airport to Sullivan’s island! The driver was already waiting for us and we had a stress free and smooth ride to Sullivan’s. We’ll certainly use them again on the next trip!

I have used this company for four trips back and forth to the airport now and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are here on time, provide notification of their status, courteous, professional, and their transportation fleet consists of clean, high quality vehicles. I was concerned with my recent move to SC that I would be able to get the same quality of rides to and from Charleston and the airport, but they seem to meet all my requirements and provide me with the level of service that I am used to!

This company deserves their high ratings. Our flight to Charleston was cancelled and we were put on different flights with numerous delays. They kept in touch with us and our driver was waiting for us. Also on our return, the driver picked us right on time even though my phone was on flight mode and they could not reach me. We had a great experience with Charleston Black Cab on our wedding night. They kept in touch in the days leading up to the wedding and sent text updates as well which was super helpful, especially in the midst of crazy wedding chaos! Our driver was wonderful as well. We'd definitely use again.
