Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

Charleston Black Cab took us from our resort in Hilton head to the Charleston airport. Our driver was wonderful, and they were prompt in their service. Great experience, and will definitely be using them again!

After a fantastic airport pick up from our driver, Brandon, earlier in the week, we didn't hesitate to reach out and book him again for our return trip to the airport. This process was very easy (thanks to Matt in the office!) and knowing exactly what to expect and what the charges would be led to peace of mind (no surge pricing like the rideshare apps). Brandon arrived early but had no problems waiting for us. This meant we could go as soon as we were ready. Once again, the trip was pleasant and Brandon was so helpful. I would recommend Charleston Black Cab to anyone visiting the city.

Amazing service. The drivers were very professional and kept us well informed with our group transportation. Dispatch also kept us well informed on whereabouts their location.

Charleston Black Cab Company was great! We were staying in Folley Beach and used them for our trip to the airport. They were right on time for a very early pick up and the car and driver couldn't have been nicer. I would highly recommend using them!

Terrie was great; super accommodating and punctual. Would highly recommend the service.

Another mom and I decided to combine our 12-year old sons' birthday party and we came up with the party bus idea. From the beginning, Charleston Black Cab Company was great to work with. They were flexible and very responsive. The actual party bus experience was so much more than we ever expected! With eleven 12-year old boys in tow, we had no idea how it was going to go. Alex our driver was so professional, kind and patient with our crew and most of all, he was FUN! The guys loved him and wanted him to stay at the party with them after our ride was over. He was attentive to us as parents and made sure we were all having a ball while keeping everyone safe. We loved every second of it! This special night made memories for these boys that will last a lifetime! Our only challenge now is how we will ever top this birthday party! Thanks for everything Charleston Black Cab Company and a very special thanks to Alex!

Danielle is am amazing driver. 10/10 recommend. First party bus experience and definitely not the last. Jump on the club bus

We recently used the Charleston Black Cab Company for a birthday celebration and they were excellent. The communication and ease of reaching our driver was wonderful. We all enjoyed our celebration without having to worry about transportation. We will definitely be using Charleston Black Cab Company again.

10/10 experience with the 25 person party bus. Valerie was an amazing driver and was so accommodating, would recommend for anyone looking for a party bus.

I booked a limo bus service for a rehearsal dinner months ago. As our event drew closer and we narrowed down our numbers and itinerary, I reached out for help with logistics. I was quickly and curtly told that they don’t help with logistics or timing. They said I could google the locations and tell them how much time I needed. When I expressed surprise and dissatisfaction with how they were handling my requests for assistance, they cancelled my reservation (one week before my reservation). Luckily they gave me a refund. I was able to book with another company who was easily able to help me. And we had a great experience. As I did with every other vendor I worked with in Charleston. We had a beautiful event, despite the last minute curveball from this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service. Used Charleston Black Cab for transportation to a business dinner for 12 people. The driver was very prompt, communicated his arrival to pick us up. He was extremely friendly and offered bottled water, check on A/c settings. The Sprinter van was very clean and well kept.
The pricing was very reasonable.

I would use this company again and recommend their service.

Great price, friendly, prompt service, nice vehicle. Couldn't ask for more!

Our chauffeur experience was excellent last weekend. We immediately booked for Charleston black cab company to take us back to the airport. The driver was on time, professional, and friendly. The vehicle was clean and she had cold waters waiting for us. Highly recommend this company for your driving needs.

Amazing service! We used them for my wedding day and they were on time and very professional!! Limo was clean and came with fresh water bottles. Couldn’t have asked for a better transportation service.

Charleston black cab company is the best! Friendly, always early, very helpful with luggage. I would recommend them to everyone. Very trustworthy.

Our driver was Danielle and she was so pleasant and easy to work with!! Very nice and clean car and extremely timely!!

Monica was amazing!!!!!!

Excellent service all-around from booking to enjoying our night! Derrick, our driver, was extremely professional, attentive and helpful! Highly recommend!!

The CBCC is the absolute best limo service you can experience. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and extremely professional drivers & reservation help. We had two separate occasions to use the company on our recent visit to Charleston. Will always use CBCC for future visits to the area. True peace of mind that all details taken care of.

The tour guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, but the value for your money wasn't totally there in my opinion. The food offering wasn't great (The charcuterie board was from Publix and not even re-packaged). I also wish there was more of an opportunity to view the vineyard / be outdoors.

Our driver was prompt and courteous. The car was spotless and the trip uneventful which is exactly how I want a trip to be.

Very professional. Very prompt. Always very reliable.
