Both gentlemen who shuttled us to and from downtown Charleston were excellent. Each opened the door for me, made sure my husband and I were comfortable, and drove safely. They even made sure that the music station was to our liking. The conversation was intelligent and interesting as well. I would recommend this service to anyone seeking cab service in this area.

Very organized company - used them for a hotel transfer from the airport. As I turned on my phone, I got two texts and a phone call stating that my driver was at the airport. Driver gave us a free tour guide commentary on our long transfer.

We had the best experience with this company! Deon was our chauffeur and did an awesome job!! He was professional, on time, easy to communicate with and FUN! We rented the 12pax van for a bachlorette event for 9 girls for the night. The lights and atmosphere of the bus was very fun. The bus provided, cups, bottled water, and a paper towel roll. Booking with the company was also a breeze. It was easy to get online quote for different times and days to find the best option for our group and to speak with a person from the company when we had additional questions. We also connected with our driver via text which was convenient to communicate when we were headed out so he was ready for us at the entrance when we left each stop. 10/10 would highly recommend booking!!

I was very happy with the limousine service provided by Charleston Black Cab. They constantly send me updates, via text message, about the arrival time and the personal information on the driver. The driver was early (which is good), but I never felt that I had to rush. The car was clean. Upon entering the vehicle I was offered a bottle of cold water. I would certainly recommend Charleston Black Cab and use them again in the future.

My experience with Charleston Black Cab Company was Awesome!!! From start with Toan and Shayne of managemant whom are really nice and will make sure you are satisfied with your purchase to finish with Herb our driver and he was such a gentleman! It was a phenomenal trip! The service was great and Julio (the driver) was incredibly focused on make enjoy the trip in a safely manner. My only recommendation is to include a brewer/beer taste activity into the tour.

We come to Charleston often and if we aren't renting a car, we use Charleston Black Cab. Drivers are all polite, friendly, professional, and safe. Vehicles used are kept clean and bottled water is offered as well. Pickup and delivery to the airport is easy and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for being such a great service!

We had the best experience!! We did the "Sippin Tour". Alex was our chauffeur and to say he did an awesome job in an understatement!! He is so welcoming, professional, funny and FUN! The tour itself is fun and definitely worth it, but Alex made our tour so special and memorable. We definitely felt like we made a new life long friend. The company itself is so easy to communicate with. Any question or details that we needed for our trip they helped us. Definitely a 10/10!
