Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

I highly recommend this company. They were prompt and got me to my destination ahead of schedule. My driver Toan, was courteous and friendly. They were professional from the time I called to make the appointment through dropping me off. I will be using them again!

How do you call yourself a cab company if you don't offer cab service. Someone should sue them for false advertisement. Also whoever answered the phone was very rude.

My girlfriends and I rented this bus for my bachelorette party! It was easily hands down an amazing experience. Our driver Terrell went above and beyond for us, making sure we got to see everything that we wanted and even helped take group pics! He was extremely professional and personable. I will highly recommend Charleston Black Cab Company to anyone I know that is going down to visit Charleston! 10 out 10!

The Charleston Black Cab Co. made a dream come true. My college buddy and I wanted to go to Charleston, but we knew we couldn't drive ourselves and see as much as we wanted to see. We both are in our middle eighties and our drivers, Monica and Dan went out of their way to make the trip wonderful. I would highly recommend this service.

Thank you Joe for taking great care of my sisters and I. We had a fabulous time seeing the Angel Oak tree, the winery, tea tour and roof deck!

Tim was our driver for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Loved the text messages letting me know they were in route and ETA. Drivers very courteous and on time. Our particular driver, LaDonna, literally "went the extra mile" to accommodate our guests and itinerary. No hassles, no worries. Thank you!

Dan Arbele was just outstanding as my virgin Charleston Black Cab driver!

Dashing, personable, courteous, handsome and very professional.

I want him back.

This is an awesome service in Chuck town

We had the best trip! Terrie was wonderful to work with and overall extremely accommodating.

The Charleston Black Cab Company was PERFECT for celebrating a friend's bachelorette in Charleston. The driver showed up on time, was incredibly accommodating and available for slight schedule adjustments, and made the experience so much fun. I highly recommend if you are trying to get from Kiawah to downtown Charleston for a night on the town!

My boyfriend surprised me by booking a driver for our first night in Charleston before our anniversary dinner. Danielle showed us sites we wouldn't have gotten to since we didn't rent our own car for our stay in French Quarter. She gave us great food recommendations. We'd use this service again.

We rented the big limo-style party bus that holds 38 people for our approximately 30-person group. We felt like celebrities! And no one wanted to get off for our stop bc they were having so much fun! Our driver was timely, friendly, and very professional. This was for my husband’s 40th birthday and we will 1000% be booking again for my 40th next year! Incredible experience and helpful booking staff. Won’t ever be able to book with another company after experiencing Charleston Black Cab Company!

Drivers are prompt and courteous. Vehicles are clean and well maintained. I have used them several times and will use them again when I need a ride.

Amazing Service / Fun Transportation!

We used Charleston Black Cab Company's sprinter van and 44 passenger shuttle bus for our wedding day and BOTH were amazing! They both showed up on time and got us to each destination safely and timely.

The sprinter van picked up my bridal party and family to take us to our ceremony and the driver, Derrick, was awesome and the van was extremely clean and fit us all.

The shuttle bus was used to take our wedding guests to the after party - they all said the driver, William, was great and that they had so much fun on the bus over!

Thank you CBCC for helping make our wedding day perfect!

We had a great experience with our driver Brian! He was picking us up to drop us off at the airport. He showed up on time, looked professional, and we enjoyed the conversation on the way to the airport. We will definitely use this service again! Thank you Charleston Black Cab for a great experience!

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for our wedding in November 2017. They were very accommodating to our guests and offered to drop guests off at any location in the Charleston down town area. We had one shuttle that brought guests to hotels and the other shuttle brought and guests us to the bars downtown. Both drivers were very friendly. We would definitely use them again the next time we are in Charleston.

On time. Very professional. And so trustworthy.
Brandon was very easy to chat with, shared great info about the area and was a fabulous, safe driver
I will definitely be using Charleston Black Cab again!

We had a great experience with Black Cab! We used them for our post-wedding bridal party transport. Our driver was on time, friendly, and very kind as we wrangled all our people onto the bus. We had a great time keeping the party going!

Charleston Black Cab was reliable, clean and easy to communicate with. We had a very, very early morning pick up for the airport. The driver was gracious and timely (even arrived a little early but was not pushy). The car was spotless. I felt safe and arrived to the airport when I anticipated to!

We used their large party bus this weekend and it was excellent! Thank you Herb for the great service!

We last minute needed to book transportation to the airport and the concierge was so helpful in getting us the right car at the right price! Our driver Jordan shows up early to our house, was quick to help with our luggage and got us to the airport promptly! Such a great experience with this company and the driver!

Paula was amazing! The bust was so much fun and everyone had a great time!! Thank you Paula for going above and beyond to make our party extra perfect!

I was kept informed of my booking! Both by text and email. Both drivers were very professional and polite. Vehicles were spotless. I would use this company again!
