Booked for a colleague who was pressed for time between the airport and College of Charleston interview. Overall, he was pleased with the service but found the driver somewhat difficult to understand over the cell phone.

Our driver was right on-time and professional. The booking process was fast, efficient and easy to make adjustments after the initial reservation.

New customer called after hours and ended up going on line to book a ride from the airport for my wife who was flying in from Los Angeles and arriving early that same morning. I called again when they first opened to confirm and learned that the driver was already at the airport waiting on my wife holding up a sign for her in baggage. They were on it! She said the driver was super nice and requested to have the same driver for the return. This was one of the most hassle-free picks she or I have ever encountered...and we fly a lot!!! Customer service at its best!!!!!!!

Charleston Black Cab Company is definitely the way to organize your traveling needs as far as car service. They are punctual, remain in communication, and 100% dependable. We use them to travel from the CHS airport to Kiawah Island (and back again) and they are just wonderful.

We had a fantastic experience with the Black Cab Company. Our driver, Richard, arrived early, was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. I thought the service was expensive at first but all fairness I had not rented a large vehicle before and did not have a point of reference. By the end of the night I felt like the service was worth every penny. We will definitely use Black Cab again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! It was my daughter's birthday and we went around town to different spots that celebrated her. We made it to every single location and then some. They were able to sing and listen to music for hours and just hang out. It was so relaxing and a great way to spend the night. Michael our chauffer was awesome! He showed up early because we had some things we wanted to hook up and get ready for the 4 hour drive (party favors etc). He was knowledgeable of the area, responded quickly, always opened the door, and made all the kids feel special as they felt they were in luxury being picked up by "the man in the suit". Would definitely hire this company and Michael to be our driver again!

Black Cab was wonderful! Dylan was our driver for New Year's Eve. He was prompt, polite, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. This is the second NYE in a row that we've used Black Cab and would absolutely again. Booking was easy, and it's so nice to know you have a ride, for how much, and when they'll be there -- especially on a night as crazy as NYE!!

We used the Black Cab Company for a bachelorette trip in Charleston and it was a 10/10 experience!!! They were extremely timely, communicative, and accommodating to whatever we needed. They were extremely easy to book and work with, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone else I know who is looking for a party bus service! They have a wide range of cars available, and they are all extremely spacious with a nice interior and a great surround system. Definitely book!!
