This company was so organized and driver was early to our pick up location and let us go on bus early and everything. Our driver was Aaron and he was incredible!! The bus was huge and so fancy. We had the best time on it!! I highly recommend this company and if you’re looking to do something fun with a group in Charleston I’d say take a limo ride into downtown like we did!

The Driver was very flexible and friendly! He was called on another route for Pickup ad had all of our things in his van. he made sure he met up with the new driver to pass along our things to us! He went out of his way and we appreciate that.

Our guests had a blast to & from our wedding. So much so, that my husband & I decided to take the party bus with them after the wedding even though we were staying at the venue! Wish the trip was longer! Highly recommend them for any event.

We had an outstanding experience with this shuttle service for our golf day trip to Kiawah! Bruce drove us out and Derrick brought us back—both were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The communication before and after each leg of the trip was seamless, and both rides were perfectly on time. For organized transportation in Charleston, this is truly the best you’ll find. Highly recommend for any group outings—professional, reliable, and genuinely pleasant service all around!

We used Charleston black cab company for one of the days on my bachelorette trip and had the BEST time. Alexander absolutely made our trip. He was timely, safe, full of facts, and SO nice. We couldn’t recommend this experience and driver enough!

My experience with Black cab was very positive. I first used them for a pickup at the Airport. Terrie was waiting for me when I came outside. She was very pleasant and professional. Then I used Black cab to drive me from Charleston to Savannah. My driver was Julio. He was so lovely, professional and courteous. The drive was about 1 1/2 hours. It was a pleasure to meet Julio! I highly recommend Black cab to anyone who needs a driver in the Low Country!

With the news of the impending hurricane, my wife and I were concerned about getting our son out of Charleston when the college shut down.
We were able to get him a flight, but as he doesn't have a car at school, we worried about him getting to the airport on time and traffic problems. We called and scheduled transportation for him through Charleston Black Cab Company. The staff there was a great help and provided assurances that he would arrive safe and on time. They were very kind in providing a worried mother with texts when they picked him up as well as when they had dropped him off. Thank you Charleston Black Cab Company!!!!

There were 8 of us visiting Charleston and with us using Charleston Black Cab they made our trip so memorable. We booked a 4 hour tour and it was amazing. Our tour guide Connie O’donald was so impressing. Made us all feel so special and tended to all our needs. Highly recommend.

My driver was Michael and he was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the city. He basically gave me a mini tour as he drove me to my hotel, since it was my first time in Charleston. Highly recommend
