Fantastic service. Our flight was delayed. They were tracking it. They were there ready for us upon arrival. I highly recommend. Our driver was friendly, helpful and we felt safe the entire time.

We always use Charleston Black Cab to get us to the airport. For this trip we had a 5 am pick up so we would never trust that to anyone else. Our driver showed up early and had backed under the garage because it was raining. That’s just how they do things.

We used the party bus to take us to and from an out of town wedding! Our driver was so kind and was fantastic at driving us! I would definitely recommend!

Charleston Black Cab was AMAZING. The whole process of booking went so smoothly. We booked the 38 person party bus and and was so fun. Plenty of room, you can play your own music. We had Herbert as our driver and he was so nice and accommodated all of our needs. Overall 10/10 experience!!!

We had 2 of their largest buses to transport the whole wedding party to and from the ceremony and to and from the reception after. Everyone thought the rides were one of the best part of the day! The whole experience was perfect! The ride, the drivers, the comfort, the professionalism, but most of all the constant communication, every step of the way couldn't be better! I recently flew to Charleston, SC to drop my daughter off at college, and we were SO pleased with our car service from Charleston Black Cab Company!! Our flight into Charleston was delayed by an hour, and came in past midnight (an hour late). Black Cab Company did not let us down, they made sure we had someone right there waiting for us, and in constant communication. I felt very safe, well cared for, and at ease!! The best thing I can say about this company (besides the cars are super clean, the drivers are SO friendly and accommodating) is the communication they provide. We use Charleston black cab weekly for various different needs. All of the drivers are always on time, polite incredibly intelligent and always just truly so kind and professional. I can’t say enough good things about Lewis (our driver) and Charleston Black Cab Company. Lewis was on time, very professional and made our whole experience one to remember. My group had a fantastic experience with Charleston Black Cab Company! We booked a party bus to take our group of 14 to a concert. We were notified when our driver was on her way to us up, and when she arrived. She drove us around since we had some time prior to the show so we could enjoy drinking and chatting on the bus. She was very easy to get in contact with when our concert was over and we were ready to be picked up. We will absolutely use Charleston Black Cab Company again in July when we go to our next concert!!
