Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

This company made my birthday so awesome. From the booking process to pick up and drop off everything was a breeze. What a great way to spend a few hours with friends!

Excellent! punctuality, respect and excellent attention! Thank you Caroline

Very nice vehicle and staff

This has been one of the most pleasant experiences we have had. They were prompt, very responsive and proactive in their communications. The vehicles were extremely comfortable and clean. Also the most courteous and helpful set of drivers we have ever come across. Would highly recommend them.

Called the night before needing service. Very professional and prompt receptionist on the phone. Much different than the others I had called before. Danielle our driver was awesome! Would highly recommend. They made it very easy to do business!

Saleem was fantastic! He was early for our pickup time & gave us the best front door service everywhere we went. Great 30th birthday party bus! Was fully stocked, extremely clean & they had the best customer service.

Chandler was THE best for our trip around Charleston! She was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodated any need that our group had. If you take a tour, request Chandler!

I booked the 18 passenger van for my daughter's 21st birthday so we could bar hop downtown Chas! We had an absolutely fantastic time ! It was very easy to book on-line but I also called them and they answered my call right away and answered all of my questions. Our driver, Muhammad, texted me when he was on his way to Summerville and when he arrived which was very nice ! Muhammad was super sweet and knew the area well. As soon as we got on the van, Muhammad helped set up the blue tooth so she could listen to her music choices ! The van itself was super clean and they had water, cups and paper towels available. We were able to bring our own drinks and snacks on the van which was very nice - I just swept up the crumbs at the end of the night! I would definitely use Charleston Black Cab Company again . They are very professional and I would highly recommend them for anybody that is looking for reliable, fun, and safe transportation !

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Charleston Black Cab Company. We used them both for airport pickup and for our return trip four days later. In both instances, the drivers were prompt, helpful, friendly, professional and very good drivers. The car was a Navigator as we were a group of five and it was clean and perfect for our needs. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience on our family trip - very accommodating. Highly recommend. The vehicles are all clean and new. Best prices too when compared with other similar competitors.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 driver. Perfect amount of time and the bus was clean and updated. We loved it!

Had a great experience with Charleston Black Cab. They provided numerous services with a sprinter / party bus for our golf trip and it was nothing but good experiences.

Alex, one of our drivers, was phenomenal. Taught us everything we needed to know about Charleston for our trip. Highly recommend him!

Best experience ever, I did solo and still felt like I had company, great services, with the best people and the driver was like a body guard and made my prom the best experience all for a great deal

Angela was awesome!!! Thank you for your hospitality! You made it a great experience

We recently booked a party bus for Wine + Food Festival, and I can't recommend Charleston Black Cab Company enough. The driver (Valerie) was amazing--on time, friendly, helpful and gave us a nice scenic ride home per our request. The bus itself was top notch--comfortable seats, lights, music hookup, plenty of cup holders. Everything to get the party going! Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for our transportation needs!

We had a great experience with Charleston Black Cab on our wedding night. They kept in touch in the days leading up to the wedding and sent text updates as well which was super helpful, especially in the midst of crazy wedding chaos! Our driver was wonderful as well. We'd definitely use again.

We selected Charleston Black Cab Company because of their excellent internet reviews and very reasonable limo rates. Our group of 10 arranged round trip transportation from Charleston Airport and the Santuary Resort at Kiawah. All aspects of their service were superb. Our golf group has been on many golf trips throughout the country and Charleston Black Cab stands at the very top of limo companies. We have recommended them to several friends who have upcoming trips to the Charleston area

Brandon was a great driver. Would request him again.

It was awesome! It was in an awful storm and even though the driver was late and I was a few minutes late to my appt, it was unavoidable due to the weather. The driver was extremely friendly and kind her pick up and drop off was nearly as close as door to door as you can get especially in the pouring down rain. Thank you so much for your stupendous service!
