Charleston Black Cab is the best private transportation in Charleston! We always use them to and from concerts. If you're going to North Charleston Coliseum or the NPAC they can drop you right at the door and then they'll be waiting right outside when you get out! Always worth it, then you don't have to wait forever for a surging ride app! Highly recommend their friendly and professional services!

I was extremely impressed with the prompt response once our reservation made . Communication was impressive each step of the way. Our driver was professional and arrived early each time. I will most definitely use this service in the future!

I loved the complimentary flight tracking as my plane was delayed. Our driver was also kind and had a lot of information about the island we were going to! We got there in a quick and efficient manner. My only issue was that the driver wore headphones and occassionally checked his cellphone which I found a bit dangerous and unprofessional.

Charleston Black Cab Company knocked it out of the park. We made are reservations last minute and they accommodated us to the fullest. Our driver, Muhammad, was great at his job and very helpful throughout the evening.

Very concerned, backed out of transportation for wedding. Removed bad review. Then I see a review regarding too expensive and the company response was juvenile! They under quoted and instead of asking for additional money they bailed. I would definitely not do business with this company, they might not show
I did try and call, no answer. However I do believe Google removed the bad review because you used the customer’s name in your response which you probably already know as a company is a huge No No😂😂❤️😂

Excellent, courteous service. Flight arrival had been delayed, even so driver located me upon landing and got me promptly to my destination.

15 of us were in Charleston last weekend celebrating a bachelorette party and I’m so glad that we hired Charleston Black Cab Co.! We were a group of 13 that had a fun time with the party bus and bourbon, beer and bbq tour! We really loved that they accommodated non-drinkers on the your and we’re flexible to make 1 or two stops for group pics. We had a blast and this makes for a great day activity!

The Charleston Black Cab service was an amazing add on for our wedding! We took 40+ guests downtown and it was such a blast. Our driver Paul was incredible. Not only did he give us great recommendations for our large party, he also waited while we checked bar availability. After failing to get into our first choice, he happily drove us to our next place and waited to ensure we could all get in. I would highly recommend Paul and the CBCC to anyone.

Our first trip to Charleston and Brian our driver from Charleston Black Cab Company was the first person we met. He was on time, professional, very informative and most of all friendly. He also picked us up for our return trip home which made us feel at ease, knowing we were in good hands.

The Charleston Black Cab Co. made a dream come true. My college buddy and I wanted to go to Charleston, but we knew we couldn't drive ourselves and see as much as we wanted to see. We both are in our middle eighties and our drivers, Monica and Dan went out of their way to make the trip wonderful. I would highly recommend this service.

We had a WONDERDUL experience with Charleston Black Cab Company! Not only did they make planning easy, but they offered the best prices (trust me I looked at so many other companies). The vehicle was clean and had a great sound system. We had an awesome driver Terrie, who picked us up and dropped us off right in the center of Charleston on time :) Communication was easy and it made our night so fun. The girls loved the party bus and was a great way to start and end our evening!
