Jeremy did a fantastic job getting our large group of girls from Isle of Palms to downtown Charleston for a Bachelorette dinner. He was very professional and the vehicle was clean. He was very prompt on timing but flexible with our departure as it took our large group of 12 a few minutes to board. I would absolutely recommend this service and would use it the next time I am visiting Charleston! It made my night seamless and stress free as the organizer of a large bachelorette group. Couldn’t recommend more!

We had an amazing experience with this car service, and Michael, our driver, was fantastic! He took us to and from a college football game, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Michael was professional, punctual, and incredibly patient, waiting for us while we enjoyed the game. His vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the ride enjoyable. It was such a relief to not worry about parking or traffic. Highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again for future events! Thank you, Michael!

What a wonderful experience!! We use Charleston Black Cab Company to celebrate my husband's birthday to head in Charleston from Kiawah. Some cab companies didn't even respond when I said we were coming from there. It was a great experience each step of the way. It was extremely easy to book it and the person helping me was so pleasant! I ended up needing to change the date and the process to switch that was again extremely easy and the person I talked to was pleasant and not annoyed to switch (sometimes I get people like that).

The day of I called just to see if it were possible to extend our time and asked little questions about music and even coming 15 minutes earlier to make out dinner. I wish I remembered who I talked to but he was awesome (and I was nervous to call!). They were extremely flexible with the pickup and end time and he gave great suggestions down in Charleston. It was just a pleasant phone call and even more excited for the limo.

Last, our cab driver Terrie was amazing! She was on time, the limo was clean, and she was just so pleasant! She was flexible on when and where to pick us up as we moved around Charleston and it just added to our experience as we celebrated my husband's birthday. I do think having a good company and a great driver will really add to your experience (when they aren't good, it definitely impacts it negatively), so I HIGHLY recommend Charleston Black Cab! You will not regret it!

Took Charleston Black Cab home from the airport after being gone for the month and the service was amazing! After a long day of travel, it's nice to receive a text upon landing that my car and driver is already waiting out front. Car was very clean, and nice to be offered a bottle of water. Will definitely be riding with them again, and highly recommend for airport transportation.

Driver was on time and helpful, making a reservation was very easy - their flight delay policy is a bit unfair so be careful booking for airport service - we had to pay double the price due to uncontrollable weather delay.

I was at a wedding on John's Island and looking for a ride back to Folly for 14 people, ASAP. They promptly directed a party bus our way for a reasonable price, and arrived within 20 minutes of my very short notice call. Incredible service, patient/helpful driver, and super fun bus with music/lights/etc! We were sad our ride home wasn't longer because we were having a blast.

We used Charleston Black Cab Company to transport our group of 8 to/from the airport while on vacation in Charleston area. They were very responsive while booking the transportation, had great communication confirming our pickups, and the driver was great - courteous, arrived early, was safe and even provided bottled water for the group. Will definitely use them again!

Very helpful getting 3 adults and 2 young kids + many heavy bags to the airport. We got the fleet van. The only negative is that we requested 2 car seats (which were in the van upon pickup), but they weren’t installed. We were told that was up to us to do. This ended up taking extra time at pickup to figure out, however our driver was very helpful as we installed them. Had I know. This in advance, I would have made other arrangements (like simply used our own).

I celebrated my 21st birthday with this company! I had a blast. The driver was awesome ! They were on Time. The bus was clean, it came with 4 bottles of champagne 🍾 I will definitely will be using this company again !!!! Since I turned 21 I don’t remember much but I just got all my photos and videos back and we all had a blast 🤩

We were a group of 13 that had a fun time with the party bus and bourbon, beer and bbq tour! We really loved that they accommodated non-drinkers on the your and we’re flexible to make 1 or two stops for group pics. We had a blast and this makes for a great day activity!

Picked me up at a hotel downtown to meet some guests at the airport. Pickup was on time and driver was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
