Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

Josh was great. Wouldn’t come to
Charleston without paying him a visit.

Our driver was prompt and courteous. The car was spotless and the trip uneventful which is exactly how I want a trip to be.

Shiela was wonderful!

We had a great experience with Charleston Black Cab on our wedding night. They kept in touch in the days leading up to the wedding and sent text updates as well which was super helpful, especially in the midst of crazy wedding chaos! Our driver was wonderful as well. We'd definitely use again.

We had a great experience! Dan was early, a great communicator, friendly, and super helpful. The van was brand new and very clean. Would definitely use Charleston Black Cab Company again and highly recommend!

Charleston Black Cab was AMAZING. The whole process of booking went so smoothly. We booked the 38 person party bus and and was so fun. Plenty of room, you can play your own music. We had Herbert as our driver and he was so nice and accommodated all of our needs. Overall 10/10 experience!!!

Highly recommend this company for all your party needs!! Driver was very polite, on time, respectful and profesional!

Charleston black cab makes renting a party bus easy. They send text updates, they provide easy to read invoices and above all they show up on time and take you safely to and from your destination. This is the only company I use! And also- you speak to a person some placement service or call center!

We used Charleston Black Cab Company in two ways for our daughter's wedding. This company provided an airport transfer for the bride and groom and several guests arriving on the same flight...and the wedding gown. The communication was excellent, the service accommodated our specific needs, the driver was personable, and the rates were competitive. We also hired this company for day-of transportation given a nearly certain rainy forecast. The driver was patient and personable with our changing needs as the weather fluctuated that afternoon. Both vehicles were well-maintained and in excellent condition.

Fantastic experience. Joseph's driving was sublime and his service thoughtful. We had a bad car accident recently and road anxiety is still high. As an avid driver myself I've also never found it easy to give up control and be a passenger.

My wife booked their luxury sprinter van as a surprise for me in advance of a long drive.
I felt incredibly relaxed and had a lot of fun and shared quality time.

Had a chat with Joseph about the driver training this company requires so I feel confident recommending the experience as a whole.

Alex our driver was great! He drove us around all day during the Axe throwing, BBQ, distillery and drinking day. The day had everything that they said they would include and the disclaimer is right, this is not an activity for lite weights. My group of guys for a bachelor party were no where near sober by the end of this tour. Perfect day for a bachelor party or just a group that is in town.

Best time i ever had on a bus

Excellent service, Toni was very respectful and helpful by showing us around the magnolia plantation and at the same time giving us space to enjoy the garden in privacy. Would highly recommend Black Cab Company for anyone looking for privacy and comfort while visiting the plantation.

We had a great trip with CBCC! Both drivers Steve and Franchescia were prompt and professional. We had an easy time with booking and they are great with communication: Several reminders, someone always answers the phone, etc. Would definitely use them again!

Highly recommend! Our driver, Mr. Will, was extremely accommodating and got us to and from our destination safely.

We used Charleston Black Cab company for transportation during a bachelorette weekend. They were always on time, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Jim was super professional and reliable. He was a pleasure to talk to and also respected the time I need to work during the drive.

Today, I was having a rough day. After a long wait getting my car serviced only to have it immediately towed back to fix the same problem, I was stuck in North Charleston with no ride home for the evening. I had never used Charleston Black Cab Company and now I will never use anyone else in Charleston. Kimberly S. answered the phone and she was super sweet and answered all of my questions. She was also the one to pick me up and was promtly there to pick me up at the time I requested. I wish there was a way to give the company more stars I have used other services in Charleston and all of them awful. I have not talked to anyone else at the company, but if they are all as lovely and nice as Kimberly you will never be disappointed.

Thank you for making my day better!
Heather

We rented this party bus for our wedding on Saturday 9/19 & everything was amazing. No complaints we will rent again.

Highly recommend booking with this company!! We had an excellent experience with our driver, Jim. He was very accommodating, kind and professional. The bus was very clean, had a great sound system & a convenient wetbar. We would definitely book again in the future! Thanks again, Jim!

Charleston Black Cab Company provided my group of 11 with the absolute best service beyond what I expected. Our driver, Bonita, was punctual, professional, and so helpful! Every person I spoke with in arranging this service prior to arriving in Charleston was kind and patient even though I had to change my reservation multiple times. Bonita made sure we were all safe, helped us on and off the bus. She even gave us water! She navigated us throughout Charleston even when we thought we would have to end our night early-- really helped us make the most of the time we had on the bus. She catered to our every need and was seconds away when we were ready to move on to the next place. I would highly highly recommend this company for anyone seeking service in Charleston. Very glad I chose them! Amazing customer service!

The team loved the buses and the two drivers were top notch professionals, kind and very communicative.
