I hired Charleston Black Cab Company to pick up our guest speaker for our annual conference. They were extremely accommodating with the pick up from the airport and return trip to the airport. I was updated via text for the progress each step of the process. I would highly recommend them for your business needs.

Very helpful for 2 kids, 3 adults and a ton of bags (we got the fleet van). However, the car seats we requested weren’t installed in advance. Had I known this, we would have slipped paying for 2 and just used our own that we were traveling with anyways because install took time and was a hassle. Otherwise great service.

I was at the Kiawah Island Resort for a wedding and needed last-minute transport for a large group. I called around 3pm and they were able to squeeze us in same-day! Their office team was friendly and helpful, and the driver was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!

I found Charleston Black Cab online. I was looking for a black sedan to pick my wife and I up from the airport. It was our Anniversary and I was looking for something special. Well, we received more than I expected. The chauffeur met us at the baggage claim and brought the SUV around. The car was brand new and spotless. Our service was fabulous from start to finish. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
We also used Charleston Black Cab Co. for a private tour of the Magnolias Plantation. Our chauffeur was early and our experience was excellent. When we got to the Plantation the lines were very long. We didn't have to wait or worry about anything. Kate our chauffeur had all our tours taken care of. We enjoyed the tours, drinks and snacks provided by our chauffeur on our visit. I realized that is was more reasonable to book it through them, then trying to coordinate our trip myself individually. Please enjoy this great service as we did.

My wife had a girls trip to Charleston and used Charleston Black Cab for airport transfer to and from the hotel. Their driver Jeffery was prompt, courteous, professional and kept my wife up to date on his information by text and email. They also used them for the day to go to Magnolia and Middleton plantations, their driver James (Jim) was also prompt, courteous, & professional along with the same communication. Each vehicle was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Charleston Black Cab. From booking through the ride they were 100% professional. Our driver Joseph was great and was on top of anything we needed.

Driver was early to pick us up at the airport and he was courteous and pleasant during our 45 minute drive to Kiawah Island. The car was immaculate and a car seat was provided (as requested). Very pleased with the experience. We would definitely book again. Only improvement would be to provide bottled water, but not a big deal. Thank you!

My girlfriends and I rented this bus for my bachelorette party! It was easily hands down an amazing experience. Our driver Terrell went above and beyond for us, making sure we got to see everything that we wanted and even helped take group pics! He was extremely professional and personable. We had an absolutely wonderful time! It was my daughter's birthday and we went around town to different spots that celebrated her. We made it to every single location and then some. They were able to sing and listen to music for hours and just hang out. It was so relaxing and a great way to spend the night.
Michael our chauffer was awesome! He showed up early because we had some things we wanted to hook up and get ready for the 4 hour drive (party favors etc). He was knowledgeable of the area, responded quickly, always opened the door, and made all the kids feel special as they felt they were in luxury being picked up by "the man in the suit". Would definitely hire this company and Michael to be our driver again!

Charleston Black Cab is the best private transportation in Charleston! We always use them to and from concerts. If you're going to North Charleston Coliseum or the NPAC they can drop you right at the door and then they'll be waiting right outside when you get out! Always worth it, then you don't have to wait forever for a surging ride app! Highly recommend their friendly and professional services!
