Adam was great!

We used Charleston Black Cab company for our wedding on 4/22/2022. Our driver, Ilya Merlin, was absolutely wonderful!! He was on time and drove my husband and I to all of our photo locations. He was so patient, attentive, and kind. Between stops he always offered us waters and was always asking if we needed anything. He was an excellent driver and safety was always his priority. He was a pleasure to talk to but also respected when my husband and I just needed to relax & refresh before our reception. After dropping us off, he delivered to us a card. It was incredibly sweet and kind that he thought to do that. We are so happy we went with Charleston black Cab for our wedding and are so happy that Ilya was a part of our day. He was the best!

01/01/2017 had an amazing experience for my 32nd b.day on the Tiffany Coach 28 passenger party bus. The bus it self was exactly as described on the website. The driver was prompt and very nice. He picked us up from the first location took us to Stars roof top and Grill for dinner. It was a very grown and sexy affair that went off with out a hitch. I called 10-15min before dinner was over to be picked up. when we looked outside the driver was there. This was my first party bus experience and it was awesome. All of my guess had a great time and wanted to know when we where going to do it again. I would recommend CHARLESTON BLACK CAB COMPANY to anyone with out hesitation. Thank you again for making birthday experience exactly what I expected !!!!!!!

We have been using charleston black cab for years and have always been thrilled with our experience. The drivers are more than courteous and willing to accommodate our travel requests. Saleem has been our driver the last two times and we love him! He makes the ride even more fun for us. We will certainly be coming back for years to come!

We had a group of 13 guys for a bachelor party and had a great time on the bus. Our driver was on time and very professional, and the bus was clean. I would highly recommend this company for any private trips. 10/10

Charleston Black Cab was punctual. They kept in touch when we landed. Watched our flight. I received a text as soon as my flight landed with where they were. The cab was spotless. A driver offered us cold water and asked us if we had any questions about where we were going and offered information. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

I can sincerely say that Charleston Black Cab Co. is exceptional to say the least! My wife and I wanted to go out to dinner while visiting Charleston without worry of driving and/or parking. We also wanted to have a drink or two as well. We reserved the Executive S Class Mercedes and it was well worth it. Our driver was John who was not only on time but about 10 minutes early and waiting for us.

If you live in Charleston or plan on visiting and want to have a great time without having to deal with driving yourself.....I strongly urge you to contact the Charleston Black Cab Co.

We had a seamless experience with Charleston Black Cab Company. The communication before our arrival was on point. The driver was waiting for us exactly where he specified upon arrival at the airport. The vehicle was exactly what we booked. It was clean and spacious. The driver had cold water for everyone and even had snacks including fruit. The drive was uneventful to Kiawah Island where we were staying for a few days. I know there are some negative reviews about this company online but we had a fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a luxury car service.

We planned a surprise 30th party for my best friend. We rented the bus for the ride downtown. Picked us up on time!! Very courteous staff and we had an AWESOME TIME on the bus!! The bus was over the top! We had planned to be picked up at 2 am, but we decided to leave a little early and I just texted the driver our location and he arrived within 10 minutes! Ride home was relaxing and we'll worth it!! We had a blast and will be doing this again!

Really nice and friendly service in a nice car with cold water bottles! They were quick to answer the phone and get back to me on logistics as well

Charleston Black Cab Company was amazing! We hired a getaway car and driver to pick us up from our wedding, and it was the nicest touch! The car was beautiful and will look great in pictures, and the driver was really kind and personable! He was on time and coordinated with our wedding planners to make the pick up seamless. My party of 40 guests rented a party bus through Charleston Black Cab Company this past weekend. We had such an amazing time! The party bus was awesome on the inside and outside and it was so much fun. I was able to connect to aux and everyone was jamming out! Our driver, Corey, was the best! He was prompt and did great at informing me when he was close to whichever location we were being picked up at next. It was also so easy to book through this company, and it was worth it. If I ever need another bus, I will definitely be booking through Charleston Black Cab Company and I will be referring them to any of my friends that are looking for this kind of service!!

Fantastic service. Our flight was delayed. They were tracking it. They were there ready for us upon arrival. I highly recommend. Our driver was friendly, helpful and we felt safe the entire time.

First, working with this company was a breeze. They were flexible as our plans changed multiple times especially with needed to get guests and drivers access to the military base for our ceremony. They were responsive and happy to help however they could.
