Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

I thought the service (both ahead of the trip and during the actual trip) was excellent. Five stars and would definitely use again!

We can count on Charleston Black Cab for our very early morning rides to the Charleston airport from the Isle of Palms. They are always on time and courteous. Very easy to book online with immediate confirmation.

Awesome experience! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great time with our group and would highly recommend!

We rented an 18 seater party bus for my best friends bachelorette party and we had a BLAST!! Iris, our driver was so accommodating. She showed up with complimentary champagne for the bride-to-be and she was ok with little changes we made along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend using the Charleston Black cab company for future events!

Highly recommend the party bus wine tour service for large groups! It was the highlight of our bachelorette trip! So much fun! Josh was awesome and super patient with us ;-)

Awesome time using Black Cab. Had waters for us on ride home, showed up early but waiting for set time. Must use for concerts!

Great communication, great service, as always!

Josh is excelent

All around great company to work with. The booking process was very simple and the team made sure to follow up in a timely manner. Paula was our driver and she was fantastic! She was on time and made sure we were having a great time the entire night. Every stop/pickup we made she was exactly where she said she would be! If you want to make sure you have a great night, ask for Paula!!

Excellent service, Toni was very respectful and helpful by showing us around the magnolia plantation and at the same time giving us space to enjoy the garden in privacy. Would highly recommend Black Cab Company for anyone looking for privacy and comfort while visiting the plantation.

Drivers are very friendly and we always feel safe. To sum it up...this is our sevent year using them...you absolutely can't go wrong with their transportation services for everything...we highly recommend Charleston Black Cab Company!

On time and reasonably priced. Was surprised I could request a ride on short notice. Ended up needing a ride from IOP to Charleston airport on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Really easy to book too!

The drivers were very friendly and helpful with getting our things in and out of the car for us at the hotel and airport. Cars were clean and nice. Service was emailed to me as a reminder the day before and day of. Drivers called us as soon as they arrived and were already at the airport waiting for us. Would definitely recommend

Had the best experience with Charleston Black Cab Company! The team was so kind and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend!

Contracted CBCC to get my daughter from the airport home at the last minute from a very delayed flight and quite late (2am). They made it simple and notified me at multiple times that everything was going smoothly. So happy I worked with them, and will absolutely do so again!! Thanks CBCC!!

Sheila was fabulous. She did an amazing job with our group and we were so grateful for her help. She arrived early and was in the circle waiting for us when the concert ended. Highly recommend!

We used Charleston Black Cab co. to get to and from the cruise terminal. David was prompt and courteous and a friendly driver. He was very knowledgeable of Charleston and told us some interesting information on different areas of Charleston. I will definitely use Black Cab any time we need a car service while in Charleston. All in all, it was a great experience.

We used Charleston black cab company for one of the days on my bachelorette trip and had the BEST time. Alexander absolutely made our trip. He was timely, safe, full of facts, and SO nice. We couldn’t recommend this experience and driver enough!

Our service with Black Cab was excellent. Our driver, Lynn, texted us when she was on our way, and arrived 10 minutes early to make sure we arrived to our destination on time. She was a lovely companion for our hour ride each way, and pointed out restaurants and attractions throughout the duration of our trip. Our vehicle was immaculate, and Lynne has cold waters ready for us in case we needed them. We were so happy with her services and will definitely reach out to her and Black Cab again the next time we come to town.

Great communication, flexibility, and overall experience. We had a blast on the party bus going to the USC tailgate! Highly recommended!

Thank you Michael W for a great airport to destination ride! He was prompt, kind, and extremely professional! Fantastic service!

First time on a party bus through Charleston Black Cab Company and Ms. Valerie was AWESOME. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ A good spirit, super sweet woman! She made sure we had FUN. I wish I could rate this review TEN stars instead of five. Definitely a great person to ride with.

Our Driver John 'Smiley' was extremely accommodating with our needs and got us where we needed to go. The car was very nice and clean. Will definitely be using them again during our next trip
