We had an awesome experience. The driver was on time, courteous, and lots of fun. We took a night out for our team company party from work. Everyone had such a good time. We plan to make this an annual tradition.

The company was very professional. I ended up having to get a larger bus because our prom group ended up being larger than we planned. The person helping me was very understanding and walked me through everything. The bus was very clean, the prim group really enjoyed it. The driver was super helpful and patient. We will def use this company again in the future. You should call them!!!

I requested Black Cab during the historic flooding event in Charleston and they came to get us in such a timely manner! Of course, we deemed the route safe prior to them arriving. They were the only cab company driving that day and we so appreciated their wonderful service as we were attending a friend's wedding. I highly recommend them, especially if you like reserving a cab ahead of time and knowing they'll be there.

Hired Charleston Black Cab for my wedding day to drive our wedding party from getting ready locations, photo locations, ceremony, and reception and highly recommend! The bus itself was incredible and our driver was fantastic. He even took the rest of the party around town while the groom & I were having our individual photos taken so they didn't just have to sit and wait. They were prompt, reliable, and fun. BOOK THEM!!

We had the best experience with this company! Deon was our chauffeur and did an awesome job!! He was professional, on time, easy to communicate with and FUN! We rented the 12pax van for a bachlorette event for 9 girls for the night. The lights and atmosphere of the bus was very fun. The bus provided, cups, bottled water, and a paper towel roll. Booking with the company was also a breeze. It was easy to get online quote for different times and days to find the best option for our group and to speak with a person from the company when we had additional questions. We also connected with our driver via text which was convenient to communicate when we were headed out so he was ready for us at the entrance when we left each stop. 10/10 would highly recommend booking!!

We have been very satisfied with the party bus from Charleston Black cab company. We rented a party bus for two days. They have been very professional from the time of booking to answering any questions. The drivers are very professional and on time. Overall a wonderful experience. We had a pick up with Terri to the Dropkick Murphys concert on Sunday evening and then a return trip with Terri as well. She was awesome and accommodating with bottled water and made sure we made the concert on time. We were not sure when the concert would end so she told us to just let her know. It was over before our schedule pickup but she was there in no time to pick us up. We felt safe and the car was super clean and luxurious. Terri is a great cheauffer, I recommend her for any trip. I felt bad for those trying to get rideshare, it seemed like they were struggling to get a ride. I am so glad we booked with this company in advance.
