Charleston Black Cab saved us after the first rental company we had hired showed up twice to the airport with the wrong size child car seats for our toddlers. We called Charleston Black Cab and Josh showed up about 15 minutes later with the correct seats. He was so helpful and nice getting all of our stuff and group into the suv. Once we arrived in downtown Charleston he lugged all of our luggage and strollers up the stairs to our condo. We received an initial text from the company upon me calling them to request a suv, a text once Josh arrived and one after our trip was complete. They also text us 48 hours from our departure day to confirm our pickup with them. Very professional and nice to deal with. Thanks again! Danielle Yarbrough

Highly recommended. Used the black car service to and from the airport on a recent visit to Charleston. Upon arrival my car was waiting outside the terminal. It was a beautiful, comfortable new Lincoln. The driver was friendly and even offered us cold bottled water for the ride. Had an early return flight, and my car and chauffeur were waiting in the hotel lobby at 6:15AM sharp! Great service. Thank you!

Charleston Black Cab was punctual. They kept in touch when we landed. Watched our flight. I received a text as soon as my flight landed with where they were. The cab was spotless. A driver offered us cold water and asked us if we had any questions about where we were going and offered information. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Charleston Black Cab Company provided first rate, round trip transportation to Lowcountry Oyster Company located in Green Pond, SC. We took a walking tour of the farm and a beautiful boat tour of the oyster beds in the ACE basin. Our chauffeur, Monica, was friendly and informative. She made our trip a relaxing and fun experience!

First class vehicles and drivers. We were treated as VIPs on our trips to and from the Charleston airport. The drivers are very professional and friendly.

I started using Black Cab services in December, about a month after I broke my leg. Since then I've been using Black Cab on a regular basis for trips to multiple physicians' offices as well as for service to and from the airport. I've been very satisfied with both the services and the drivers, who have always been extremely courteous, helpful and highly efficient. I recommend Black Cab very highly and will continue to use this service on a regular basis.

Totally satisfactory from start to finish. From the initial call to make the reservation to the final drop-off. The reliability and professionalism is the best I have ever experienced. We have used Black Cab several times and will continue to do so. We have had six different drivers and they all have been great. It is a wonderful service and we are glad it is available to us in the Charleston area.

I used this service for my twins 16th birthday, and I choose a great company. My driver Joshua was AWESOME!!! He arrived early and gave great suggestions on where we could go. He allowed me to chaperone from the front with him and I was able to see everything in the back but still give the children private time. I left a slipper in the party bus and he went above and beyond to return it to me. I will be using this service again in the near future. Thanks Josh and Charleston Black Cab for making my girls bday an amazing experience.

Very concerned, backed out of transportation for wedding. Removed bad review. Then I see a review regarding too expensive and the company response was juvenile! They under quoted and instead of asking for additional money they bailed. I would definitely not do business with this company, they might not show
I did try and call, no answer. However I do believe Google removed the bad review because you used the customer’s name in your response which you probably already know as a company is a huge No No😂😂❤️😂
