We had the best experience with Alex at Black Cab Company. We hired this service to pick us up at our hotel in Charleston and take us to the Masters and bring us back. Alex was absolutely incredible. On the way to the Masters we hit a deer and there was no way that Alex could have avoided it. He handled the situation with such professionalism and grace. He is also full of a lot of knowledge about Charleston and had a great sense of humor. I cannot speak highly enough about Alex and this company. Keep up the outstanding work!!

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for our wedding transportation. We had a 14 passenger sprinter van take myself (bride), 6 bridesmaids, 1 mom, and 1 grandmother from our getting ready location to the Creek Club at I'On for our wedding. The driver, Nicholas, was able to maneuver through the tight roads in I'On with ease, even when other cars cut him off. He was early picking us up, extremely friendly, and helped load our bags in and out of the van. We also used them for our get away car, a Porsche Panamera, from our venue to a hotel in downtown Charleston. We had a different driver, Michael, for this trip but we received the same service as the first driver. I can't recommend this company enough. We will definitely use them in the future for our transportation needs!

Wonderful company from the booking staff to the drivers. We rented a 38 pax limo bus for our sisters wedding. The limo was clean, showed up before pick up time and the driver was very polite and well dressed. I will definitely use them again! Thank you CBCC!!

Monica is the MVP of my day.
She arrived early, and patiently waited. We even joked that I was cutting it close to my flight departure, but we’d make it bc the Charleston airport is super easy.
Half way to the airport I had an epiphany that I left my suit bag on my kitchen table!! Without question, she understood the assignment, turned around promptly, made it my house, popped the trunk, I ran upstairs. Bing bang boom, we’re back on the road. I made it to the airport with 15 minutes to spare, so thank you Monica. Thank you very much.

The best in the city!

We used Charleston Black Cab Company to transport our group of 8 to/from the airport while on vacation in Charleston area. They were very responsive while booking the transportation, had great communication confirming our pickups, and the driver was great - courteous, arrived early, was safe and even provided bottled water for the group. Will definitely use them again!

Booking this service was one of the best decisions for the wedding day! Knowing that our transportation was taken care of was a blessing. They were prompt and we had excellent communication. The vehicle selection was amazing!

My friends and I were in town celebrating a bachelorette party. We saw this tour on TripAdvisor and EVERYONE suggested doing this activity. We were told that in lieu of COVID, the Tea Plantation was closed indefinitely. However, that did not stop the fun, we would still go to the Deepwater Vineyard and instead go to Firefly Distillery.

Valerie, our driver, is the definition of a hoot! She was so friendly and energetic and we would not have had nearly as much fun if it wasn't for her! She picked us up promptly in a sleek Black Mercedes Van. We had a basket full of snacks and two bottles of champagne! She played the music we wanted to hear and gave some nice facts about Charleston along the way! We saw the Angel Oak tree and she took pictures of our group. Then she took us to the Vineyard and brought us bottles of water and popcorn for the cow that protects the vines! She then took us to Firefly Distillery and let our group have quality time while she went shopping at the vendor tents outside. She then drove us to a cool bar around the corner and bought us a round of drinks! Even more, she volunteered to drop us at dinner so we wouldn't have to pay for an Uber!

She was so sweet and full of character. The entire experience was worth every penny! I would recommend this to any party looking for something to do in Charleston!

Really enjoyed our time with Black Cab Company in Charleston 1. Promptness - 15 min early; allowed us to get ready and hop on bus at appropriate time. Got us to destination right on time. 2. Always use Charleston Black Cab Company for airport transfers to and from Kiawah Island. They are an extremely reliable car service with excellent, professional drivers and vehicles.

We flew from the UK to Miami, then from Miami to Charleston. It was a long day, over 24 hours travelling, we were met at the airport by Terrie. She communicated with us prior to arrival that she was tracking the flight and exactly where she was located outside the airport. Once we arrived, 1.30am..... we found her immediately and she drove us to our accommodation. Excellent service all round, and just when we needed it....

We rented a Mercedes Party Bus from CHS Black Cab Company for a father/daughter dance and had a wonderful experience! Booking was easy and convenient. Our driver Shakeia arrived promptly and was a great chauffeur. The girls absolutely loved it! Highly recommend this company.

My family and I hired Black Cab to pick us up at the train station and drive us about 20 minutes away. Our train was 2 hours late and we were starving. We were on the train for 15 hours. I had been in touch with my driver Leeza for the last few hours and asked if we were able to stop for food after the pickup. And that's exactly what she did. Leeza, and the company, tried to make us have a great experience. Reliable and dependable. I know I will be in good hands with my return trip to the train.
