Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

Danielle took us through the lights and was fantastic! So accommodating and friendly! Can’t wait to do it again next year!

Everything was extremely straightforward and easy: booking, pickup, the trip and drop-off. It was all seamless and without any issues, all at very fair price with plenty of communication. The free bottles of water and ice were appreciated.

We had the best experience! Our bus driver Jeremy took us from Isle of Palms to downtown Charleston. He was a great driver and the bus exceeded our expectations! Thanks for the best night.

Always a great experience, very reliable and customer focused.

I found Charleston Black Cab online. I was looking for a black sedan to pick my wife and I up from the airport. It was our Anniversary and I was looking for something special. Well, we received more than I expected. The chauffeur met us at the baggage claim and brought the SUV around. The car was brand new and spotless. Our service was fabulous from start to finish. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
We also used Charleston Black Cab Co. for a private tour of the Magnolias Plantation. Our chauffeur was early and our experience was excellent. When we got to the Plantation the lines were very long. We didn't have to wait or worry about anything. Kate our chauffeur had all our tours taken care of. We enjoyed the tours, drinks and snacks provided by our chauffeur on our visit. I realized that is was more reasonable to book it through them, then trying to coordinate our trip myself individually. Please enjoy this great service as we did.

Great service and waiting for us at arrival

On time. Very professional. Highly recommend.

So helpful when booking, communication was fantastic and Leeza our driver really made our short trip from North Charleston to downtown special! Will book again when in the area. Thanks Leeza!!

The best you could ask for in Charleston. I recommend Black Cab for all my brides and grooms

Easy airport pick up and drop off for a large group!

Couldn't ask for better quality service and vehicle! Our driver was polished, professional and very courteous. The vehicle was new, clean and luxurious. A great experience all around, and would recommend Charleston Black Cab Co. for your visit to Charleston.

Jim was a very professional and courteous driver. We had a nice chat

Jordan was on time, courteous and a pleasure to ride with.

My driver, Dennis, was very professional. My flight was early, but he was there waiting for me. It was a very enjoyable ride.

The customer service leading up to the event was fantastic, our driver was so professional, and my friends cannot stop talking about the night! Overall great experience!

This company is outstanding and you can trust them to be there unlike Uber.

We recently used this service for a bachelorette party and we loved it!

Danielle was an amazing driver! She was fun and took great pictures of us. I really appreciated her patience with us. Drunk girls are not easy to handle lol

For the evening we had Terrie as our driver. She was great at communicating with us and always being nearby when we were ready to go to our next destination!

Booked for a colleague who was pressed for time between the airport and College of Charleston interview. Overall, he was pleased with the service but found the driver somewhat difficult to understand over the cell phone.

Charleston Black Cab company was perfect for our group! They were extremely punctual and the service was excellent. Scheduling the service was seamless and the communication throughout the entire experience was great. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the Charleston area.

I needed a last-minute ride for a guest, and Black Cab not only accommodated us on the same day but also handled multiple last-second updates to the pickup time. They made the process incredibly easy, and I’ll definitely be using them again!

Great driver, flexible when needed to reschedule, great communication, reasonably priced, awesome experience.

Had the best experience with Charleston Black Cab for my wedding! Although I did not get to ride myself, my family went out of their way to say amazing things about our driver, Sheila!

Our driver was professional and friendly. The car was incredibly clean and well maintained. Service was prompt and we will absolutely use the service next time we’re in town.

Everything was perfect! We were provided transportation for my husband & I to leave our wedding reception. Stephen picked us up on time and drove us around some before heading to meet up with everyone after the wedding. He was very professional & pleasant! Vehicle was great! Great customer service!
