I used Charleston Black Cab to get me to Charleston Airport earlier this month (August 2023). I have used this company several times since I moved to SC a couple of years ago. It never lets me down.
Start to finish went without a hitch. You can't go wrong with this company. It is well worth it!

I absolutely would recommend Charleston Black Cab Company! I recently used their party bus to act as a shuttle for our wedding, and they were a delight to work with. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions and ensure that both the wedding party & guests had a safe ride home after all the celebrations. They were very easy to work with & were very reliable on our tight schedule. If you are looking for a similar service, simply call them up & book - you will not regret it!

The service was suburb... Excellent customer service . They even contacted me via text on the boat and was able to answer and my questions. ALSO provided support for my concerns of missing our ride by guarantee that they would wait if there was a delay.

We had a great time! LeNeke, our driver, was very professional and accomodating and made our trip enjoyable. Bus was perfect for the birthday celebration, and it was even better that the bus came stocked with ice and water for our guests. Would not hesitate to book again for our next adventure!

I always use Black Cab company whether I am traveling on business or pleasure or when I need limousines for a group. They are always on time, watch my flights carefully & it’s really helpful when they notify me of any flight delays, etc when I’m arriving from overseas. This company is efficient, knowledgeable and always so polite. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

This was such a great tour! Our tour guide John was amazing and he made our bachelorette party a success.

Alex our driver was great! He drove us around all day during the Axe throwing, BBQ, distillery and drinking day. The day had everything that they said they would include and the disclaimer is right, this is not an activity for lite weights. My group of guys for a bachelor party were no where near sober by the end of this tour. Perfect day for a bachelor party or just a group that is in town.

Black cab saved me. I forgot to book my pick up to the airport and my flight was international. Black Cab was able to dispatch a pickup to my address on a very short notice. Black Cab has been very reliable for me as I started traveling again weekly starting this year.

Our driver Montie was fantastic. He made sure that we had everything that we needed for the trip. He told us interesting facts about the state on the ride to our tour and on the ride back from our tour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Bus was roomy and great for our 11 person concert group. Monica was friendly, professional, a great communicator and got us from a to b safe and sound with no problems. It was a great resource and price was reasonable. We’ll be reusing for similar events!
