Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

Awesome communication! Driver arrived a few minutes early, was dressed well! Car was clean and driver was friendly. Will definitely use this service again!

My family and I had a great adventure at every stop. Monica was a very friendly, and accommodating driver guide. We wish we could have her for the full 5 days in Charleston.

Terrie was fantastic, top notch service and I would highly recommend this company! We will definitely be a repeat customer.

We had the most wonderful experience with Charleston Cab Company providing airport transportation for our group during our stay in Charleston. The customer service was exceptional during booking. They provide efficient and timely communication and correspondence. Our driver was there when our flight arrived and gave specific instructions on where to find her. We rode in comfort and were extremely pleased with the service. Thank you Monica and Derrick for being so wonderful! Will definitely book through this company again!

We had a great time on our party bus with Herb! Easy to book, great vehicle, fun atmosphere, and everything was very timely.

Cody was amazing! Super accommodating to our needs, hope to use this service again soon!

Overall a very good experience with The Charleston black cab Party Bus. It was spacious and very clean. Lights with touch screen for climate control, music, vibe etc were exceptional. My only negative comment would be the office didn’t inform the driver on the agenda for our day, which was clearly stated in every email before that point. Besides that, great experience.

Very professional company, arrived early for both pick up and drop off. After researching several other companies in the area we found Charleston Black Cab Company had the best rates and vehicles.

Our driver, Herb, was one of the friendliest people in the world. I highly recommend and if I am back in Charleston again we will be using CBCC.

Awesome company! My driver, Lanwood was great during my trip to the airport!

I would say the only con is the extra 10.00 if you have a early flight in the morning.

Super easy to book and seamless on the day of our service! Our driver, Caroline, was flexible with us and I was so happy it was such a seamless ride. Would recommend Charleston Black Cab!

BEST PARTY BUS EVER! Used them after our wedding the bring our friends to the bars and it was seriously such a hit! They were promptly on time, safe, easy to communicate with and so much fun! Can't recommend them enough!

Monica is the BEST. On time, flexible, great service.

Amazing trip - will definitely use the company in the future whenever I need a party bus in the area! We took it from Kiawah to King St and they were extremely responsible.

Loved the text messages letting me know they were in route and ETA. Drivers very courteous and on time. Our particular driver, LaDonna, literally "went the extra mile" to accommodate our guests and itinerary. No hassles, no worries. Thank you!

I absolutely loved my experience with Charleston black cab company. Our driver John was on time and was very knowledgeable about the city. We went on a awesome winery tour and he made sure that we had everything we needed and more. The sprinter van was clean and fit out group comfortably. I would definitely recommend this company.

It was so easy to make a reservation on their website! They were quick to respond to my emails with questions. Our driver, Corey, was so nice and accommodating. It was easy to reach him when we needed to be picked up. The limo bus was clean and full of plenty of water bottles. Great service all around!!

Charleston Black Cab took 14 of our kids to prom and it was the best experience. They came on time, took them and returned them safely. The driver was amazing and the booking process was a breeze. Buy local! Use this company

Booked the car for my boss who was on a plane at the time. Working with CBCC was extremely simple and was able to accommodate all of our requests. My boss only had amazing things to say about the car and driver.

We had a large group of 16 guys for a bachelor party and our experience could not have been any better. The reservation process was hassle free. Our driver was professional and courteous and did everything he could to make sure we had a great time. I would recommend Charleston Black Cab to anyone.

Exceptional service! Charleston Black Cab Company delivers a luxurious travel experience. The dream team, Josh and Herb, ensured a smooth ride

This was our first time to Charleston and we're so glad our friend recommended Charleston Black Cab. Our driver, Thomas, was professional and friendly. The car was clean and comfortable. Easy, worry-free trip to Kiawah!

Driver was on time and helpful, making a reservation was very easy - their flight delay policy is a bit unfair so be careful booking for airport service - we had to pay double the price due to uncontrollable weather delay.
