Very satisfied with our ride! We got a Porsche for our get away car at our wedding from the Charleston black cab company. Alexander was very professional and accommodating, the car was very nice and clean! They had a wedding package so we also got Champagne! Great choice, thank you guys!

We had a wonderful experience! The party bus arrived early, and was clean and stocked with ice for our beverages. They also provided cold water bottles. The driver was completely flexible with where we wanted to go throughout our five hour rental period. My only additional feedback would be that the driver sometimes was unfamiliar with certain locations and had a bit of difficulty finding them. That was a quick fix by bringing up the address for him. We definitely recommend Charleston Black Cab Company!

From start to finish an absolute great time. The company was very flexible, my fiancee had booked them for my bachelor party but several times my trip was delayed. Without any issues they were able to accommodate the changes last minute. They provided a very clean, really awesome party bus, the driver was very good, lots of recommendations for bars. We had the best experience with this company! Deon was our chauffeur and did an awesome job!! He was professional, on time, easy to communicate with and FUN! We rented the 12pax van for a bachlorette event for 9 girls for the night. The lights and atmosphere of the bus was very fun. The bus provided, cups, bottled water, and a paper towel roll. Booking with the company was also a breeze. It was easy to get online quote for different times and days to find the best option for our group and to speak with a person from the company when we had additional questions. We also connected with our driver via text which was convenient to communicate when we were headed out so he was ready for us at the entrance when we left each stop. 10/10 would highly recommend booking!!

The service was suburb... Excellent customer service . They even contacted me via text on the boat and was able to answer and my questions. ALSO provided support for my concerns of missing our ride by guarantee that they would wait if there was a delay.

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for our daughter's wedding this past weekend. We wanted our senior guests to have an easy ride to the venue and back and the Charleston Black Cab Company did an amazing job. From the timely communication to the pickup and drop off it was perfection. Danielle was a sweetheart and really took care of our group. We would not hesitate to use them again.

This was a great service. Driver arrived early and texted with us about where to find him at the airport. Nice ride! Will use this again.

July 25: Our ride back to the airport was also terrific. One of us had an old home week with the driver about a whole bunch of mutual friends from long ago schooldays. It was a blast and we will hope to see her again.

We had wedding transportation from Goldbug to Mills house and it was the best service!!! Our driver was prompt and awesome!

I would highly recommend this car service company. I rented the Mercedes Sprinter van for my friend's bachelorette party transportation. John and Frank were both excellent drivers; friendly, punctual and very professional. The company even let us push back our pick up time last minute at the end of the night when we weren't quite ready to end the fun! We would definitely use them again.

I cannot rave enough about the service provided! The vehicle was immaculate and the driver, Monica, was prompt, professional, and accommodating. Her driving was superb, and she went above and beyond helping me with a wedding dress wardrobe malfunction.
