Charleston Black Cab Company provided excellent service to and from our Mother’s Celebration of Life. The customer service representatives were knowledgeable and very professional. Our driver was punctual and courteous. We would definitely recommend this company!

We had a great tour. Joshua and Walter were awesome. Started out with the Angel Oak Tree which was amazing. We then headed out to Deep Water Vineyard and Firefly Distillery which was really nice. It's a bit of a ride so having a driver like Joshua was great. We finished our tour at Frothy Beard Brewery for a couple beers and some grub. It was a great day trip. I would highly recommend it

I had such a great experience with Charleston Black Cab. We had 11 people on a party bus for a birthday & had a fantastic time. The customer service was great & so easy to book/make adjustments. The bus was clean, fancy & our driver, Leeza was the best. She took care of us & made sure we had everything we needed! I will absolutely recommend to friends & looking forward to booking again

I used Charleston Black Cab Company as drivers for my parents during my daughter's recent wedding weekend on Kiawah Island. The drivers were all very professional, my parents loved the Mercedes they road in all weekend and the communication between the company, the drivers and my parents was spot on! They were able to adjust their schedule when needed and the driver(s) were very flexible with them. CBCC allowed me to focus on my daughter's wedding and not worry a bit about my parents being on time anywhere. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for driver services in the Charleston area!

Steve, our driver, was so awesome. The company is professional, responsive, and helpful through the whole process. The bus was clean, spacious, and so much fun!

We had a great experience. Not only was our driver early, Richard took the time to ask us our interests and added historical background along the way. He was hospitable, making sure we were comfortable, never making us feel rushed, and was just so nice.

The customer service from Toan, Dan, and Herb we're superb. Although the dispatcher who was a girl was very rude and hung up on me multiple times and my pick up was late I enjoyed the drivers company and southern hospitality.

Our driver Montie was fantastic. He made sure that we had everything that we needed for the trip. He told us interesting facts about the state on the ride to our tour and on the ride back from our tour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Both our drivers, Michael for the pick up from Charleston Airport and our ride back from Kiawah Island with Antoine to the airport were excellent experiences. Both drivers were early, pleasant and the cars were clean and in excellent shape. We would definitely hire them again if in the Charleston area.

What’s great experience we had today on our tour with Danielle! From the very beginning to the end, she was so amazing. She gave us so much history on each of the places we went and took care of us the whole time. Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone!

On our wedding day the party bus we rented from another company broke down just before our wedding party was to travel to the ceremony! We called Charleston Black Cab Co. and not only did they accommodate our large party almost immediately, they made the day so much more enjoyable and our ceremony started right on time with all of us present! Our driver was amazing and we were so thankful they were able to save our day!

Took Charleston Black Cab home from the airport after being gone for the month and the service was amazing! After a long day of travel, it's nice to receive a text upon landing that my car and driver is already waiting out front. Car was very clean, and nice to be offered a bottle of water. Will definitely be riding with them again, and highly recommend for airport transportation.

Wow! Cannot recommend this company enough. Danielle and her team of drivers went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 65 for a 3 day retreat. We had a very unique itinerary planned which required a lot of attention to detail from the drivers - a lot could have gone wrong, but Danielle was on it every step of the way! She was a dream to work with from the beginning and we felt at ease knowing we could trust her to handle everything. Hands down best transportation company we've worked with!
