Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

Terrance was early, polite and made our trip easy.

Contacted Black Cab on the evening of March 16th to schedule a morning pickup and drop off to the St Patrick’s Day parade. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Driver arrived earlier than the scheduled time but told us no worries, not to rush. Jordan (our driver) was polite and professional. The ride was great and vehicle (sprinter van) was very clean. Great experience overall

Definitely the best choice. Great experience, lots of fun. Highly recommend.

I used Charleston Black Cab Company for transportation from the airport. It was very easy to book with them and I was very pleased with their services. My driver Derrick was extremely courteous and professional and even had cold water for me when he arrived. I highly recommend Charleston Black Cab Company!

Great experience! Easy to book online, on time (even early and waiting for us), stayed in contact through texts, very professional, car and driver were great!

Excellent service! Beautiful Lexus, on-time and clear communications. Monica Runnels was courteous, personable, went over and beyond to keep us satisfied. The service was exceptional! Highly recommend.

Booking this service was one of the best decisions for the wedding day! Knowing that our transportation was taken care of was a blessing. They were prompt and we had excellent communication. The vehicle selection was amazing!

We had an outstanding experience with this shuttle service for our golf day trip to Kiawah! Bruce drove us out and Derrick brought us back—both were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The communication before and after each leg of the trip was seamless, and both rides were perfectly on time. For organized transportation in Charleston, this is truly the best you’ll find. Highly recommend for any group outings—professional, reliable, and genuinely pleasant service all around!

1. Promptness- Leeza was very prompt and even got there early and was very accommodating as we were surprising the bride with this. 2. Professionalism-she was very professional and went over all of the rules and details of the bus. 3. Helpfulness-she helped with anything we needed with easy and quickly. 4. Accommodating- Accommodated anything we needed and helped take group photos of us. 5. Clean/Comfortable Vehicle- the party bus was clean and comfortable. 6. Any suggestions on how we can improve? None that I can think of.

Monica was professional, courteous and gracious. A great driver. She is an exceptional asset to the company!!!!

We are visiting Charleston with a toddler and booked Charleston black cab to pick us up at the airport so we didn’t have to rent a car or bring a car seat. Julius picked us up- on time, super friendly, great driver!!! I highly recommend this company and love that they offer car seats!

I had a very easy time booking for Black Cab. They were early and the car was exactly as pictured. It was very nice and a perfect party bus for our bachelorette party. Price was competitive and the whole service was very professional. Josh (our driver) let us stop as much as needed and was all around happy to facilitate our fun.

On time, courteous, and a clean car. All sounds like reasonable expectations but in todays time when you never know what you are getting into with a ride share consistency and quality is nice

Was in town for a college fraternity reunion. We hired CBC to drive the 16 of us to dinner at Holy City Brewing. Our driver Richard was friendly and professional. The car was clean and we had a great time being able to travel together in on vehicle. Recommend.

Awesome experience and our driver was first rate. The car was immaculate, service always on time; just what we needed for a nice night on the town for our anniversary. Will most certainly be using them again; I would go nowhere else.

We had a wonderful experience! The party bus arrived early, and was clean and stocked with ice for our beverages. They also provided cold water bottles. The driver was completely flexible with where we wanted to go throughout our five hour rental period. My only additional feedback would be that the driver sometimes was unfamiliar with certain locations and had a bit of difficulty finding them. That was a quick fix by bringing up the address for him. We definitely recommend Charleston Black Cab Company!

EXCELLENT experience. We hired a 14 passenger sprinter van to transport crew for a photoshoot. The service was extremely quick and easy to book, our driver arrived on time or ahead of schedule each day, they provided real time updates via text, and driver Jordan was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend.

So helpful when booking, communication was fantastic and Leeza our driver really made our short trip from North Charleston to downtown special! Will book again when in the area. Thanks Leeza!!

We had a very pleasurable experience with Black Cab Company. Our driver, Blaine, was very friendly and outgoing. He was extremely prompt and courteous. We had to push back our return time and this request was met with a prompt and courteous response. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing transportation of any kind. Cheers!

Everything about the service was awesome. Our driver Valerie went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The bus was also timely and very clean. Highly recommend.

I contacted Charleston Black Cab Company to get a party bus to take my daughter's class to eat and then to their Prom. They were great to work with and the driver was well liked by all the kids. Such an easy company to deal with. I love keeping things local and with a small business that will treat their customers like friends or family. Call Charleston Black Cab Company for your travel needs and they will get you where you need, when you need to get there. :)

Charleston Black Cab was AMAZING. The whole process of booking went so smoothly. We booked the 38 person party bus and and was so fun. Plenty of room, you can play your own music. We had Herbert as our driver and he was so nice and accommodated all of our needs. Overall 10/10 experience!!!
