Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

On November 15th my husband and I decided go to Middleton Place.
We booked private transportations from Charleston to Middleton Place and back through Charleston Black Cab Company. We were picked up from our hotel on time, driver was very nice and when we wanted to change pick up time from Middleton Place there were no problem. We were back on time and were drop off at location we needed. We will use this company again.

Charleston Black Cab - Wedding/Transport.

When looking at transportation options to carry my guests / wedding party to & from the venue, I called and compared a few of the local area companies offering these services. I was very pleased I selected Charleston Black Cab before the wedding and after the wedding! We also used them for the rehearsal dinner transportation. The had a good sound system on the bus and the two different drivers assigned were outstanding!!

Such an awesome experience! Terri was amazing and so kind and helpful! What a fun night! Amazing company

We had the best experience with Alex at Black Cab Company. We hired this service to pick us up at our hotel in Charleston and take us to the Masters and bring us back. Alex was absolutely incredible. On the way to the Masters we hit a deer and there was no way that Alex could have avoided it. He handled the situation with such professionalism and grace. He is also full of a lot of knowledge about Charleston and had a great sense of humor. I cannot speak highly enough about Alex and this company. Keep up the outstanding work!!

Great experience through and through! Terrell was fantastic!

Monica was amazing! She picked me and my dog up from the airport and provided me the exact location on where to meet her. She was sweet and professional and it was a smooth ride. Reserving an airport pickup was easy as well as I did everything online!

on time, professional driver, clean vehicle and no hassles. Not the first or last time we'll use Black Cab. We didn't have to worry about traffic, parking or the police.

Extremely easy to work with from the start, they also were very flexible when our plans changed. Kevin was an awesome driver!

We really enjoyed the pub tour. Very informative and a great time.

Nothing but the most Exceptional Service. Owner is Real Gentleman, and there are fair prices and many different vehicles with Chauffeur Services. I'm Super proud to be just one of our Chauffeurs. Ask for Linda Sue😊

Great bachelor party activity. They picked us up at our Airbnb and stocked the bus with beer, water, and snacks. The distillery and brewery were great, but the BBQ was the highlight of the trip. Recommend for any bachelor parties or large groups.

Our driver was prompt and incredibly friendly. He took photos for us, had water for us to drink, and let us pick the music on the drive. I couldn't recommend Charleston Black Cab Company more!

We took all the employees downtown for a Christmas dinner party. Had a awesome time. Our Driver was Great, thanks again Black cab.

Danielle took us through the lights and was fantastic! So accommodating and friendly! Can’t wait to do it again next year!

Charleston Black Cab Co is the best! My group had the best time in our party bus just driving around town and we had so much fun that we added an extra hour. I cannot recommend them enough!

I am the owner of a Limousine Company in upstate NY and traveled to Charleston for the first time this July. We arranged a pu at the airport to take us to and from our hotel. The vehicle was nice and clean with the a/c running ( a/c very important in Charleston ) . The driver was dressed in a suit and tie and extremely service oriented. This is the type of service I strive to give all of my clients and would highly recommend using Black Cab Company to anyone visiting Charleston you wont be disappointed.

Would definitely use Charleston Black Cab Company again! The airport tracking was incredible (got picked up for our bachelorette party and driven to airbnb)! With our flight arriving 30 mins early, they made sure to adjust our pickup time accordingly. Plenty of room for all of our luggage (10 girls). The water and ice provided were nice touches. Easily hooked up our own playlist to the speakers. Our driver, Frank, had wonderful communication and was great! Fun time :)

Great service! The communication with them was better than I hoped for and our driver Chandler was so so nice and super flexible with us to meet our needs for the night! The bus was everything we had hoped for and gave us a great experience!

Amazingly fun. Josh and Grace treated us like vip’s! The communication before the trip was excellent, the touches In the limo as well as at the distillery made it an amazing day. 4 and half hours of fun! Don’t miss this adventure with your group. Let them do the planning and driving.

That experience ever! The bus driver arrived earlier than we were to the aux so we can play music. It was so fun, definitely recommend.

Last night we took our whole staff to the Riverdogs. Used Black Cab for a party bus. Absolutely amazing. Herbert was our driver and you couldn't have asked for a better person! Thank you guys so much! Incredible experience!

Highly recommend using Charleston Black Cab Company for any event!!! I went through Charleston Black Cab Company to set up transportation for my sister's bachelorette and everything was wonderful!! Ladonna our driver was on time, easy to communicate with drop offs and pick-ups and was so sweet! Our group had 15 individuals and the bus was large and had a great bluetooth system. If you are in the area, you must use them!!!!

Great experience using Charleston Black Cab Company to get from Isle of Palms to downtown Charleston. Super seamless experience and cheaper prices than competitors. Would highly recommend if you ever need to shuttle around a big group!
