Black cab saved me. I forgot to book my pick up to the airport and my flight was international. Black Cab was able to dispatch a pickup to my address on a very short notice. Black Cab has been very reliable for me as I started traveling again weekly starting this year.

I could not have a better experience. I received a text that the driver was waiting and on time, had a beautiful Lincoln and pleasant driver, and altogether this was a totally professional experience. I highly recommend the Black Cab Company.

CBC was amazing! I booked a last minute 14 passenger limo party bus last weekend. The reservation, the communication, and overall customer service was too notch. The event itself went very smooth from the moment our chauffeur Terrie showed up. We had a group of 13 and when started our journey we were very indecisive as to where we wanted to land for some spirits. Our chauffeur was amazingly accommodating, as well as very patient. We then made seven stops from West Ashely, North Charleston through Summerville and out toward Ridgeville on our journey home to ensure everybody got to their front doors. She was spot on and so organized! I could not have asked for a better evening and experience. We will definitely be using CCB in the future!

Charleston Black Cab was punctual. They kept in touch when we landed. Watched our flight. I received a text as soon as my flight landed with where they were. The cab was spotless. A driver offered us cold water and asked us if we had any questions about where we were going and offered information. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

We booked this to take our group of 17 from IOP to Charleston for a wedding and we had the BEST time. LaDonna was AWESOME! She arrived early and was super polite, professional and fun. This was the cleanest and nicest bus we had been on - came with great coolers, ice and water. The music was great, too! Will definitely use this service again!

I always use Black Cab company whether I am traveling on business or pleasure or when I need limousines for a group. They are always on time, watch my flights carefully & it’s really helpful when they notify me of any flight delays, etc when I’m arriving from overseas. This company is efficient, knowledgeable and always so polite. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

The service from Charleston Black Cab was superb. The driver was waiting on us when we landed, and we were off to our hotel within minutes. Our return trip to the airport was extremely early in the morning and the driver was on time and ready for us when we got to the lobby. I would highly recommend and plan on using this company again.

Had an amazing time doing the day tour with Danielle during the day for the winery and distillery tour!! She was so much fun and kept the party going. We then had Terri to shuttle us around for the night, she did great at picking us up quickly and have great recommendations. Highly recommend, truly made our whole trip!

I used the website to book a car to get me to and from the airport for my last trip. The website was really easy to use to book my pick ups. The driver was very professional, the car was in ammaculate condition and they arrived on time. I was very pleased with my trip and will definitely be using Black Cab Company again when I need to get back and forth to the airport.

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for our wedding in November 2017. They were very accommodating to our guests and offered to drop guests off at any location in the Charleston down town area. We had one shuttle that brought guests to hotels and the other shuttle brought and guests us to the bars downtown. Both drivers were very friendly. We would definitely use them again the next time we are in Charleston.
