Reliable experience with CBCB, arrived on time, driver very professional, fully stocked with ice for the drinks and waters, and delivered on time to our destination. We had a very fun trip from IOP to Downtown Charleston on a party bus, thanks for the ride!

July 25: Our ride back to the airport was also terrific. One of us had an old home week with the driver about a whole bunch of mutual friends from long ago schooldays. It was a blast and we will hope to see her again.

Picked me up at a hotel downtown to meet some guests at the airport. Pickup was on time and driver was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

We last minute realized we needed a shuttle from our wedding venue to get everyone downtown afterwards. When I say last minute, the day before the wedding is when I reached out for a quote, received it back super quick, and finalized the booking the morning of the wedding. The driver arrived early and waited until everyone was on to leave. I was the bride and had multiple things to get together before leaving and he didn’t rush us at all. The ride was great and I would definitely use them again!

Charleston Black Cab was great to work with and easy to reserve. I loved receiving a quick response with quote including all fees, tax and tip. The bus was clean with many options. Our driver was amazing and super accommodating.

This company provided a great experience for my birthday/girls trip. Every detail of the day was mapped out, and our hostess, Monica, was great. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure that our excursion was enjoyable and memorable. Danielle communicated with me extensively about the itinerary and answered all my questions. We were even able to add a guest the day before the experience. We were provided with luxury transportation, mimosas, and snacks along the way. I highly recommend and would definitely use this company again.

Today, I was having a rough day. After a long wait getting my car serviced only to have it immediately towed back to fix the same problem, I was stuck in North Charleston with no ride home for the evening. I had never used Charleston Black Cab Company and now I will never use anyone else in Charleston. Kimberly S. answered the phone and she was super sweet and answered all of my questions. She was also the one to pick me up and was promtly there to pick me up at the time I requested. I wish there was a way to give the company more stars I have used other services in Charleston and all of them awful. I have not talked to anyone else at the company, but if they are all as lovely and nice as Kimberly you will never be disappointed.

Charleston Black Cab Company was amazing to work with. From the booking to the actual bus ride. I was shown numerous amounts of pics that give a clear visual of the confront and space. Our driver was great! She was very nice and help. She was extremely knowledgeable of all the hot spots in Charleston. Its was a great experience.

Amazing service! We used them for my wedding day and they were on time and very professional!! Limo was clean and came with fresh water bottles. Couldn’t have asked for a better transportation service.

The service from Charleston Black Cab was superb. The driver was waiting on us when we landed, and we were off to our hotel within minutes. Our return trip to the airport was extremely early in the morning and the driver was on time and ready for us when we got to the lobby. I would highly recommend and plan on using this company again.
