We had a wonderful time and was amazed at how well this booking was handled from the moment I requested a quote to the time we ended our ride. We had an AMAZING time celebrating my daughters 21st birthday. The driver was a blast and so accomodating. She was on time, easy to communicate with and so patient as we drove around. The party bus was clean and the lighting and sound system which they let us play our own music added to the fun. I highly recommend making your own fun playlist for your event! There was ice, and waters and everything was great. I couldn't recommend this more.

Very professional service and driver. We used the service for a family Christmas light excursion and Joseph and the Charleston Black Cab Company did a great job making it a memorable experience. Definitely would use them again in the future.

We used the Black Cab Company for a bachelorette trip in Charleston and it was a 10/10 experience!!! They were extremely timely, communicative, and accommodating to whatever we needed. They were extremely easy to book and work with, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone else I know who is looking for a party bus service! They have a wide range of cars available, and they are all extremely spacious with a nice interior and a great surround system. Definitely book!!

My 17 year old daughter was flying to meet her sister at The College and neither had access to a vehicle so we went with Charleston Black Cab. They picked her up on time and delivered her to down town without issue. It made for an easy trip for her to have travel prearranged and waiting for her at the baggage area.

Charleston Black Cab Company knocked it out of the park for us! We rented a party bus for transportation to and from Wine + Food Festival. The bus was amazing--comfortable seats, lots of cup holders, a hook up for music, lights--you name it, the bus had it! The driver, Valerie, was also amazing. On time, helpful and so nice. Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience. Not only was our driver early, Richard took the time to ask us our interests and added historical background along the way. He was hospitable, making sure we were comfortable, never making us feel rushed, and was just so nice.

Charleston Black Cab was fantastic. They were used multiple times on a bachelor party for airport pickup and golf. For 12 people, they were prompt, the cars & shuttles were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were also a blast to be around. Would only recommend Charleston Black Cab anytime you’re in the area (including Kiawah). Will definitely use them again!

I’m extremely angry with how they do business! I cancelled a booking that is scheduled for Oct 15th, 2 months away, and I’m out $106!!!! First of all they didn’t refund my Cancellation insurance which I might add I didn’t even know I purchased and if they had told me I would have declined because it’s only useful if you cancel at the last minute NOT 2 months ahead like I did! Also they apparently charge a booking fee for the ride to the event and being picked up even though I booked them at the same time in the same call!!! So $60 dollars lost on booking fees and $46.25 lost for the cancellation Insurance I never wanted and technically didn’t have to use bevsuse I cancelled in advance which you can do whether you have their insurance or not!!!! I’m furious and will never use them or recommend them to anyone!!!

Danielle was a great host and tour guide for our trip. She helped by making sure each venue was ready for us and having music ready.

Tone Daw and his staff are top notch. Complete professionalism from the beginning including phone and email communication, timeliness and his courteous staff. We recently used the Charleston Black Cab Company for a birthday celebration and they were excellent. The communication and ease of reaching our driver was wonderful. We all enjoyed our celebration without having to worry about transportation. We will definitely be using Charleston Black Cab Company again.

Customer service was great - they were so accommodating even though we changed plans last minute, provided multiple options so we could pick the option that best met our needs, were early for our reservation, and were kind and courteous with all interactions. The driver was polite, down-to-earth, safe, and helpful. Will definitely book with them again!

There were several favorite parts of my experience. First was the initial inquiry with Danielle. She was very reassuring that my trip to the airport would happen without a glitch. I was stranded miles away from the airport without access to ride share. Titto my driver was awesome helpful and so kind. Needless to say my experience was exceptional!!! I would highly recommend!!!
