Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

We had a great experience using Charleston Black Cab to get from Isle of Palms for a night in the city. Our driver, Marshall, was punctual, friendly, and provided us a safe and smooth trip! It was easy to book online and the company clearly provided the best price around.

We used this limo service all weekend for a bachelorette party and they were very professional and always on time ! They accommodated all of our needs and the drivers were so sweet. Sheila was our driver most of the weekend and she is the best! Will definitely be using this company again when we come back !

Such a fun experience! We celebrated a bride-to-be with the "sippin' tour" and LOVED it! Alex was an AMAZING tour guide. He gave historical facts, treated us with champagne, charcuterie, pretzels, and frose` shots, and was genuinely kind. We felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time! 10/10 would recommend!

All around great company to work with. The booking process was very simple and the team made sure to follow up in a timely manner. Paula was our driver and she was fantastic! She was on time and made sure we were having a great time the entire night. Every stop/pickup we made she was exactly where she said she would be! If you want to make sure you have a great night, ask for Paula!!

I was very impressed with the ease of booking and communication from Charleston Black Cab Co. I entered info on line and within few minutes received phone call to set up booking which was quick and easy. Received notifications all along the way. Car arrived ahead of schedule, driver was courteous and polite, car was clean and comfortable. I will definitely use them next time in Charleston and would recommend others to do the same. Based on our experience you will not be disappointed.

We couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Sheila made our day so special and memorable. Highly recommend the sippin tour!

I had an AMAZING experience with the Charleston Black Cab Company! Our group of women (7 total) were in town celebrating a bachelorette weekend. I booked the 14 passenger party bus to take us around the town so we could be safe and enjoy a party on wheels. It was WELL WORTH IT! Not only was it the best deal I found in town - the service was top notch--very professional. Our driver had the patience of a saint and drove very responsibility. He even drove around areas of the city our friends wanted to see (like Rainbow Row, for example). I cannot recommend this company enough. Do yourself a favor and book a party bus or whatever vehicle your occasion requires! You will not be disappointed. A big thank you to Charleston Black Cab Company - you made our weekend safer and very enjoyable for all :)

Toan is absolutely a testament to being a person that comes here with dream and does more then achieves it he helps everyone he comes in contact with. Thank You Sir keep up the great work.

This has been one of the most pleasant experiences we have had. They were prompt, very responsive and proactive in their communications. The vehicles were extremely comfortable and clean. Also the most courteous and helpful set of drivers we have ever come across. Would highly recommend them.

Had an absolute blast with our driver Terrell! This company is so accommodating. Highly recommend! Will definitely be a repeat customer for any event. We were taken to a concert in Columbia and then taken back to Charleston. Amazing that this company will accommodate such an extended trip.

Amazing service, arrived before time and drive was amazing, friendly and prompt. Would 100% use them again,

I reached out to Charleston Black Cab at the last minute, late on a Saturday night, for an airport pickup after midnight. The dispatcher found a driver (Monica) when other services were unable to assist. She was prompt, kind, and provided excellent service as did the person booking my call, keeping us informed by text and calls after a stressful travel experience by air. I highly recommend them.

Charleston black cab was a great service! The bus was on time to pick us up from our air bnb. The driver was very friendly! And Matt was a pleasure to work with when helping me fix my reservation! 10/10 would recommend and use them again.

Very organized company - used them for a hotel transfer from the airport. As I turned on my phone, I got two texts and a phone call stating that my driver was at the airport. Driver gave us a free tour guide commentary on our long transfer.

Excellent service and communication. Driver was attentive. Car was immaculate. We always use Charleston black cab when flying into town and will continue to do so.

Best friend got one of these for her birthday. One of the best nights of my life.

Amazingly fun. Josh and Grace treated us like vip’s! The communication before the trip was excellent, the touches In the limo as well as at the distillery made it an amazing day. 4 and half hours of fun! Don’t miss this adventure with your group. Let them do the planning and driving.

I use Charleston Black Cab every time I need airport pick-up and drop-off, and they never disappoint. Their service is always punctual, professional, and stress-free. The drivers are courteous, the vehicles are clean and comfortable, and the overall experience is top-notch.

Always on time with a handsome car

We last minute needed to book transportation to the airport and the concierge was so helpful in getting us the right car at the right price! Our driver Jordan shows up early to our house, was quick to help with our luggage and got us to the airport promptly! Such a great experience with this company and the driver!

We used this company for a round trip from Kiawah to Charleston for a 40th birthday and activities for my husband. It was a seamless process to book, prices were great, service was stellar, and communication was excellent. Our driver, Brandon, was fabulous!

I had a great trip with this company. My tour guide Vicki was awesome and I saw and learned about things in the city I would have never seen before.

I absolutely loved my experience with Charleston black cab company. Our driver John was on time and was very knowledgeable about the city. We went on a awesome winery tour and he made sure that we had everything we needed and more. The sprinter van was clean and fit out group comfortably. I would definitely recommend this company.

Steve, our driver, was absolutely incredible. So kind and helpful. The company accommodated us on short notice, and the employees were responsive, professional, and helpful. We used the bus for a concert at the coliseum. It was very convenient and easy to find the bus afterwards, and of course so much fun.
