Driver was on time and helpful, making a reservation was very easy - their flight delay policy is a bit unfair so be careful booking for airport service - we had to pay double the price due to uncontrollable weather delay.

I hired Charleston Black Cab Company for transportation for an important event last week. They were very professional and organized. I received confirmations emailed immediately and all changes I needed were made easily. The drivers were nice and knew where they were going! You get a text when they are en route and when they have arrived. They were very punctual and polite. I will be using them again.

This was the best experience I have had with a car company ever. David was the best and he not only took great care of us but gave us a little charleston history too. We used this car company to get to and from the cruise terminal and I will be using them again!! Friendiest staff I have ever encounter, the whole expierence was top notch!

Fantastic service. I reserved a party bus for a 12 person bachelor party to take us from Kiawah Island to Charleston for the night and it was perfect. The bus arrived on time, took us to Charleston, and came to pick us up and take us home with no problems at all. The Charleston Black Cab Company provided limousine service for my wife and her friends for her 70th Birthday Party celebration. The service was First Rate, causing one of the passengers to text while in transit that the limo was "top grade!" 2022 - We used this as an opportunity to celebrate the end of an era and movement into high school. We booked a 2.5 hour ride around Charleston for photo ops. The girls loved the lighting and we used the ice. Oscar, our driver, was an amazing professional. He had patience and expertise that made the trip memorable. We would definitely book again!

2024 - James (Jim) took my friend and I around to her bucket list Charleston and Angel Oak Tree locations and we had a blast! Excellent driver and conversationalist and we could just focus on our time together.
