Ask for Richard! I needed to get to the airport in a hurry and the highway was all backed up. He took an alternate route through the back roads, he made the ride enjoyable and safe and assured me we'd make it there with time to spare. We had a fun conversation as he pointed out land marks along the way. I would highly recommend the Charleston Black Cab Company. Nice cars and pleasant drivers. 👌

Best transportation to the airport in Charleston Area. On time, courteous, and comfortable. I will never leave my vehicle at the airport again. Only way to go. My flight arrived in Charleston a half hour early and they were already waiting for me.

Amazing tour experience! We went for a bachelorette party. Our tour guide Danielle was THE BEST. She greeted us with champagne before we even stepped foot on the bus. Her only concern was making sure we were having fun. We didn't have to take our phones out once because she took pictures of us throughout the tour and then edited and sent us afterwards. Definitely recommend for a fun group setting.

We had a seamless experience with Charleston Black Cab Company. The communication before our arrival was on point. The driver was waiting for us exactly where he specified upon arrival at the airport. The vehicle was exactly what we booked. It was clean and spacious. The driver had cold water for everyone and even had snacks including fruit. The drive was uneventful to Kiawah Island where we were staying for a few days. I know there are some negative reviews about this company online but we had a fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a luxury car service.

Excellent service! The booking team was extremely responsive and answered my calls when I had quick questions. I booked 3 round trips with them over the weekend and they were perfect on all of them. They were able to accommodate some last minute changes I had to make with pick up times. I also want to mention how great the drivers were, excellent service top to bottom.
