I have used Charleston Black Cab for years for both personal and business and have not been disappointed. I used them last saturday to get to the airport. My driver Sean was on-time, courteous and professional.

Excellent service and friendly staff members. Kenneth and Terrell drove our group of 14 into Charleston and made the experience seamless. Bus was clean and well stocked with ice upon arrival.

Highly recommend using this company if you need to move a large group.

chauffeur waited for me and took me to my destination. He even took my bags up the stairs for me. He was also very considerate in manner

We booked multiple cars for a corporate event. While we did not give much notice, the Team at Charleston Black Cab Company were prompt to respond, professional, and very thorough. At pick up, all the drivers were on time and great to work with. The vehicles were clean, and we arrived home safe and sound. It put a great ending on our fun night. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Such a fun experience! We celebrated a bride-to-be with the "sippin' tour" and LOVED it! Alex was an AMAZING tour guide. He gave historical facts, treated us with champagne, charcuterie, pretzels, and frose` shots, and was genuinely kind. We felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time! 10/10 would recommend!

I had a great experience booking a shuttle from Kiawah Island to downtown Charleston with Charleston Black Cab Company. The ride was easy to set up, service was on time and friendly, and the driving was safe. I would highly recommend and I would book again should I need similar services in the area.

Glad to use the Charleston Black Cab Company for our night around the town. I wanted to have a celebration before my friend's wedding day and our Driver Jeremy was top notch. The bus was clean, very spacious, and a great sound system.

I booked a limo bus service for a rehearsal dinner months ago. As our event drew closer and we narrowed down our numbers and itinerary, I reached out for help with logistics. I was quickly and curtly told that they don’t help with logistics or timing. They said I could google the locations and tell them how much time I needed. When I expressed surprise and dissatisfaction with how they were handling my requests for assistance, they cancelled my reservation (one week before my reservation). Luckily they gave me a refund. I was able to book with another company who was easily able to help me. And we had a great experience. As I did with every other vendor I worked with in Charleston. We had a beautiful event, despite the last minute curveball from this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.
