3. Technology - bus had great lightening with fantastic speakers and subwoofer.
4. Accommodating - drove us around for a little extra due to quicker drive. Amazing accommodations
5. Clean/Comfortable Vehicle - very clean

Our experience was phenomenal… everything from signing the contract to the final drop-off couldn’t have gone more smoothly!

I would highly recommend Charleston Black Cab. Completely professional from booking through the trip. Our driver Joseph was accompanying and gave world class service.

Carlton Richardson/ Anita Carson: Charleston Black Cab Company was our go to company for a party bus for a night out on the town, back on August 10th 2019. Throughout the entire booking process everyone was professional and prompt. John was very professional when he took our reservation and even followed up with us. Also, Mike and Constantino (I believe I’m spelling his name right) did a great job accommodating the group size, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Our driver Robert was fantastic, Robert did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He arrived on time and dressed professionally. He even recommended a few places for the group to stop at. Everyone enjoyed him. The brand new party bus we had was definitely a big hit. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about it. The bus was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Also a great sound system and light show. Charleston Black Cab is the BEST transportation company in Charleston!!! We will definitely be using this company again very soon and will highly recommend everyone to use this company. Thank you all for making our night one to remember.

Charleston Black Cab is the epitome of professional. They are always friendly and always on time. If I ever have a need for transportation, they are my first call. Michael has always been the one to take me to the airport and he always show up with a smile on his face and always has good stories to tell. Thank you Charleston Black Cab!

Smooth as silk. Everything was as good as it could be from phoned in booking to text and email reminders through pick up and drop off.

The Charleston Black Cab Company provided limousine service for my wife and her friends for her 70th Birthday Party celebration. The service was First Rate, causing one of the passengers to text while in transit that the limo was "top grade!" Clean, stylish, spacious and comfortable, Charleston Black Cab Company is the premiere limo service in Charleston and you would surely be missing out if you chose anybody else.

Excellent communication. Excellent preplanning. Excellent clean and efficient product. This company gives back to the community and Ila’s a locally owned business I appreciate their product and devotion to the community.

We had a great time with Bruce, he was a great driver and dealt with 14 women amazingly- would definitely recommend booking this service!

Totally satisfactory from start to finish. From the initial call to make the reservation to the final drop-off. The reliability and professionalism is the best I have ever experienced. We have used Black Cab several times and will continue to do so. We have had six different drivers and they all have been great. It is a wonderful service and we are glad it is available to us in the Charleston area.
