Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

We used the Black Cab Company twice while in Charleston for a bachlorette trip. The first trip was to travel from the airport to Folly Beach and the second trip was to travel from Folly Beach to the airport. Both trips went very smoothly! During both trips, all passengers had luggage and all the luggage fit into the van very easily. The driver also helped pack all the luggage into the van, which we were appreciative of. Before each trip, I received a text from the driver letting me know they were on the way and where they were parked. The driver was timely and overall, we had a great experience. I totally recommend to others!

The Charleston Black Cab Company provided limousine service for my wife and her friends to her 70th Birthday Party. All they could talk about was how nice, how courteous and how professional the driver, Joe Jones was - he even offered these ladies recipes. He was polite and engaging to the point they were sad the ride was over. The vehicle itself was stylish, clean, large and comfortable. A truly enjoyable enhancement to a 70th Birthday Party celebration. (Attached is a screen shot of a text from one of the passengers, in transit, no less!)

we had an absolutely safe and reliable experience. my daughter needed transportation to the airport at 4am. Charleston Black Cab Company came through. we also had a female driver which eased all of our concerns. we will definitely use them again for our transportation needs.

Angela arrived early to our house and made it easy to travel around town. She was super helpful and very friendly!!

We rented a party bus for our Christmas Dinner downtown. it was awesome! Our driver was great. Thanks again Black cab.

Thank you Michael W for a great airport to destination ride! He was prompt, kind, and extremely professional! Fantastic service!

Alex our driver was great! He drove us around all day during the Axe throwing, BBQ, distillery and drinking day. The day had everything that they said they would include and the disclaimer is right, this is not an activity for lite weights. My group of guys for a bachelor party were no where near sober by the end of this tour. Perfect day for a bachelor party or just a group that is in town.

First time user with black cab. great service with text updates on being picked up and reminders for next service. will use again when in charleston sc

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for a bachelorette trip with 10 girls and I can't recommend it enough! Our driver Derrick, was AMAZING. He shuttled us around everywhere we wanted to go, was prompt/on time, and was our photographer!! The 12-person bus was clean, well air conditioned, easy to connect to bluetooth speaker. Seriously can not recommend enough!

These guys were fantastic. Both of our drivers arrived early and were very polite. We felt safe the entire time and Charleston Black Cab Company allowed us to have a great night knowing we would have a secure ride back home!

We had a great experience with The Charleston Black Cab Co. The car was clean and comfortable for all of us. The driver was really friendly and helpful as we had to change plans suddenly when one of our reservations forgot to open.

Great tour, fun guide!

Wow what an amazing tour we had going to a wine tour! We had such an amazing time with Josh. He went above and beyond.

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for my 21st. We were planning on getting the bus to drive us to different places for us to celebrate, but we ended up spending most of the time on the bus since we loved it so much. We had Herbert as our driver, and he was so kind, patient, and he seriously made it such a great experience for everyone. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to have a good time!

There were several favorite parts of my experience. First was the initial inquiry with Danielle. She was very reassuring that my trip to the airport would happen without a glitch. I was stranded miles away from the airport without access to ride share. Titto my driver was awesome helpful and so kind. Needless to say my experience was exceptional!!! I would highly recommend!!!

I recently booked a party bus through Charleston Black Cab and they exceeded my expectations. The bus was very clean and the driver was very professional, polite and accommodating. This was a great way to ensure our large group of girls had a safe ride to and from Charleston!

We used Charleston Black Cab Company to get to and from the Charleston airport. The service was wonderful. Both of our drivers did a great job keeping us informed of their whereabouts. The car was very clean and comfortable. And both drivers - Michael and Anthony - were incredibly nice. I would recommend Charleston Black Cab to anyone.

Harris was our driver and he was great! Very punctual and kind!

Traveling with kids, we used Charleston Black Cab and would NEVER use anyone else!! Top notch from start to finish!!!!!!

My family and I used Charleston Black Cab Company for a recent trip from Kiawah to Charleston. Our driver John was friendly, safe, and enjoyable. The company as a whole was great and permitted us to change the reservation pick up time last minute. We highly recommend them.

We used this company for a round trip from Kiawah to Charleston for a 40th birthday and activities for my husband. It was a seamless process to book, prices were great, service was stellar, and communication was excellent. Our driver, Brandon, was fabulous!

We had an amazing experience with Charleston Black Cab Company! Highly recommend to get your trip to Charleston started on the right foot.

Toan and his staff are top notch. Complete professionalism from the beginning including phone and email communication, timeliness and his courteous staff.
