Great bachelor party activity. They picked us up at our Airbnb and stocked the bus with beer, water, and snacks. The distillery and brewery were great, but the BBQ was the highlight of the trip. Recommend for any bachelor parties or large groups.

Glad to use the Charleston Black Cab Company for our night around the town. I wanted to have a celebration before my friend's wedding day and our Driver Jeremy was top notch. The bus was clean, very spacious, and a great sound system.

For the price, you cant beat what you get, and our driver Jeremy was very accommodating to us.

Contacted Black Cab on the evening of March 16th to schedule a morning pickup and drop off to the St Patrick’s Day parade. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Driver arrived earlier than the scheduled time but told us no worries, not to rush. Jordan (our driver) was polite and professional. The ride was great and vehicle (sprinter van) was very clean. Totally satisfactory from start to finish. From the initial call to make the reservation to the final drop-off. The reliability and professionalism is the best I have ever experienced. We have used Black Cab several times and will continue to do so. We have had six different drivers and they all have been great. It is a wonderful service and we are glad it is available to us in the Charleston area.

Charleston Black Cab was punctual. They kept in touch when we landed. Watched our flight. I received a text as soon as my flight landed with where they were. The cab was spotless. A driver offered us cold water and asked us if we had any questions about where we were going and offered information. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Drivers are super nice. Michael has driven me many times. He is an older (but not old) gentleman who drives carefully, knows his way around in case of traffic incidents, and is always courteous. Would definitely recommend this company's services to anybody.

I cannot rave enough about the service Charleston Black Cab Company provided! The driver, Monica, was prompt, professional, and accommodating. Her driving was superb, and she went above and beyond helping me with a wedding dress wardrobe malfunction. I would wholeheartedly recommend the company.

This company deserves their high ratings. Our flight to Charleston was cancelled and we were put on different flights with numerous delays. They kept in touch with us and our driver was waiting for us. Also on our return, the driver picked us right on time even though my phone was on flight mode and they could not reach me. Toan, the owner, was incredibly accommodating, kind, and responsive throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond even surprising us with two complimentary bottles of champagne for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Our driver/host Paula was fantastic. She was professional, punctual, and so friendly, and handled our large group effortlessly. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, and the entire night ran smoothly.
