Monica was fantastic!

John was our friendly driver from Charleston Black Cab Company. He was on time and provided excellent service. Clean Mercedes Van Limo that comfortably fit our party of two, a married couple, and bachelorette party.

Thank you so much for making my pickup at Volvo Training Center and taking me to the airport a professional and seamless process. I will be using you again when I come back out to SC. From the first phone call to the drop off everyone was amazing.

I would highly recommend this car service company. I rented the Mercedes Sprinter van for my friend's bachelorette party transportation. John and Frank were both excellent drivers; friendly, punctual and very professional. The company even let us push back our pick up time last minute at the end of the night when we weren't quite ready to end the fun! We would definitely use them again.

We decided to book the “Sippin’ Tour” through Charelston Black Cab Company for a bachelorette party and were beyond happy with the service! We decided to upgrade to the party bus which came with a mimosa bar, water bottles, and snack bar! Our driver Alex went above and beyond to make sure all of us had the time of our lives. Alex even kept us out 2hrs longer than our scheduled tour because there was not a scheduled tour following us and “he wanted us to continue having fun and having the best time of our lives”. I would book another tour with company in a heartbeat and encourage all of you to book as well!!

Everything about our experience with Charleston Black Cab Company was seamless…from booking, day of reminders and our great driver Josh, who drove us from Isle of Palms to Charleston for a day of bar hopping on my sister’s bachelorette. The party bus was certainly a highlight!

Our driver, Monica, was a joy. Our family and company regularly uses black car companies across the country and this is favorite!

We had the best experience with this company! Deon was our chauffeur and did an awesome job!! He was professional, on time, easy to communicate with and FUN! We rented the 12pax van for a bachlorette event for 9 girls for the night. The lights and atmosphere of the bus was very fun. The bus provided, cups, bottled water, and a paper towel roll. Booking with the company was also a breeze. It was easy to get online quote for different times and days to find the best option for our group and to speak with a person from the company when we had additional questions. We also connected with our driver via text which was convenient to communicate when we were headed out so he was ready for us at the entrance when we left each stop. 10/10 would highly recommend booking!!

Amazing experience with Charleston Black Cab Company. They were super communicative and early both times for pickup. The drivers were both super nice and easy-going.

The service was suburb... Excellent customer service . They even contacted me via text on the boat and was able to answer and my questions. ALSO provided support for my concerns of missing our ride by guarantee that they would wait if there was a delay.

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for our wedding in November 2017. They were very accommodating to our guests and offered to drop guests off at any location in the Charleston down town area. We had one shuttle that brought guests to hotels and the other shuttle brought and guests us to the bars downtown. Both drivers were very friendly. We would definitely use them again the next time we are in Charleston.

Recently took Black Cab for a trip to airport in Charleston. They were excellent. Arrived early. I requested no scent in the car & they made sure it was scent free. Thx again for excellent service.

What a wonderful experience!! We use Charleston Black Cab Company to celebrate my husband's birthday to head in Charleston from Kiawah. Some cab companies didn't even respond when I said we were coming from there. It was a great experience each step of the way. It was extremely easy to book it and the person helping me was so pleasant! I ended up needing to change the date and the process to switch that was again extremely easy and the person I talked to was pleasant and not annoyed to switch (sometimes I get people like that).

The day of I called just to see if it were possible to extend our time and asked little questions about music and even coming 15 minutes earlier to make out dinner. I wish I remembered who I talked to but he was awesome (and I was nervous to call!). They were extremely flexible with the pickup and end time and he gave great suggestions down in Charleston. It was just a pleasant phone call and even more excited for the limo.

Last, our cab driver Terrie was amazing! She was on time, the limo was clean, and she was just so pleasant! She was flexible on when and where to pick us up as we moved around Charleston and it just added to our experience as we celebrated my husband's birthday. I do think having a good company and a great driver will really add to your experience (when they aren't good, it definitely impacts it negatively), so I HIGHLY recommend Charleston Black Cab! You will not regret it!

Charleston Black Cab was in constant communication with us. We knew that they had already arrived at the airport when we landed. Chauffeur Richard was waiting right outside of baggage claim. He loaded all our luggage and had water available. Chauffeur James was prompt picking up our luggage the morning of our departure. They held our luggage until we headed to the airport in the evening. Chauffeur Terrie texted me a couple hours before she was to pick us up for the airport. She wanted to know where to meet us. She was right on time with all our luggage on board. Charleston Black Cab gave all 9 of us peace of mind while on our girls’ trip. Excellent service!!
