Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

We booked 2 of the 44-passenger buses for group transportation for a day-long event. Drivers were prompt, courteous, and very communicative. Buses were clean, cold ac and stocked with water bottles. I would definitely book with them again.

Charleston black cab was very good! They have very effective communication from start to finish! Angela was our personal driver and she was wonderful and very friendly! She was very helpful with the Bluetooth music and making sure everyone safe and sound!! Will book again!!!

Excellent! punctuality, respect and excellent attention! Thank you Caroline

On a recent trip to Charleston to celebrate my wife's birthday weekend I went ahead and scheduled a pick up from the Charleston airport via the companies site. The online process was smooth and seamless, which I can attest is not the standard for many other limo services. A few minutes after scheduling on line I received a confirmation phone call to ensure all the details were accurate which was perfect since I accidentally had selected an incorrect pick up date! Upon landing in Charleston I already had a text with our drivers name (Joshua), where he would be located, make and model of vehicle. Joshua helped us with our bags and we were on our way. Joshua was very informative and during our trip to the hotel he provided us with details about the city and recommendations for dining and entertainment as we had told him this was our first visit to the city. Joshua got us to our destination promptly and assisted us with our baggage. We liked them so much we also booked for a pick up back to the airport following our trip! Will be keeping their number for future trips as well. Wish I could give 10 stars! Hands down the best!

Leeza made our trip. She was so knowledgeable and fun!!! I feel like I have a new bestie she was that amazing!

We used this limo service all weekend and they were very professional and always on time ! They accommodated all of our needs and the drivers were so sweet. Sheila was our driver most of the weekend and she is the best, most caring person! Will definitely be using this company again when we come back !

We used the Black Cab Company for a bachelorette trip in Charleston and it was a 10/10 experience!!! They were extremely timely, communicative, and accommodating to whatever we needed. They were extremely easy to book and work with, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone else I know who is looking for a party bus service! They have a wide range of cars available, and they are all extremely spacious with a nice interior and a great surround system. Definitely book!!

I just had my bachelorette party this past weekend in Charleston and renting a party bus from the Charleston Black Cab Company was by far the best part of the trip! We had a BLAST and my friends cannot stop talking about how fun it was! I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun night out or needs to transport a large group of people to a certain location! I will be booking again! Our driver Jeremy was the BEST! Here's a photo he took just before we got onto the bus!

We used Charleston Black Cab for transportation for my friend’s bachelorette this past weekend and had the BEST time! Deon picked us up from our house in Isle of Palms, dropped us off at dinner in downtown Charleston, waited outside the restaurant for us, took us to a fun bar, then safely returned us to our house in Isle of Palms. Not to mention, it was the nicest and cleanest party bus I have ever been on. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to come back and book another service.

From start to finish an absolute great time. The company was very flexible, my fiancee had booked them for my bachelor party but several times my trip was delayed. Without any issues they were able to accommodate the changes last minute. They provided a very clean, really awesome party bus, the driver was very good, lots of recommendations for bars. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Awesome communication! Driver arrived a few minutes early, was dressed well! Car was clean and driver was friendly. Will definitely use this service again!

Fantastic service from the moment I made the reservation through the time we were dropped off. The driver was more than accommodating for everything the group requested, and the variety of bus options were perfect for what our group was looking for.

Joseph was very professional, communicative, and he is a fantastic driver. 5 stars all around!

LaDonns and Daniele wete the best

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for a winery, distillery, and brewery tour. It was my sister's bachelorette party and all 9 of us had an absolute blast. Josh was an exceptional host and made sure to keep us on time, having fun, and informed. I couldn't recommend their services and the experience more as a way to see Charleston outside of downtown and have an incredible group outing. I can't wait to go back again. Thanks!!

She is the most amazing human being I have ever met. She is so calm & fun!!! U won’t regret booking with her. Such a good person. I love her.

Great service, on time, very professional! So easy to book with lots of reminders and updates. Would definitely book again.

We booked this to take our group of 17 from IOP to Charleston for a wedding and we had the BEST time. LaDonna was AWESOME! She arrived early and was super polite, professional and fun. This was the cleanest and nicest bus we had been on - came with great coolers, ice and water. The music was great, too! Will definitely use this service again!

Booked for a bachelorette party. Wonderful experience and great driver/staff. The party bus was clean and had lots of neat features. They were super easy to work with and will definitely be using them again!

Charleston Black Cab has continuously served our family over the years! Once again made my daughters entire wedding weekend a huge success getting everyone where they needed to be! Truly grateful for their incredible service!

Very nice vehicle and staff

Black Cab has been able to handle all my last minute trips to the airport. I like the cars / drivers and back office system which allows me to schedule trips in advance, pay for them and get a receipt that I can science with a date of the day of travel. Black also is reasonably priced compared with their competitors
