Charleston Black Cab went out of their way to make a pick up time work, with 2 hours notice, after I booked the wrong day. Their cars are always clean, professional, and timely.

My experience with Charleston Black Cab Company was great. I used them for airport pick-up and drop-off. We had 11 girls and booked the sprinter van which was very comfortable, clean and the awesome added touch of cold water was nice to have after our flight. I liked how the company sent text messages to update who the driver was/with their contact details and when the driver was on the way. Overall experience was really good!

Chauffeur Monica was very friendly and offered us water when we got on.
Further, she asked if we needed to pick up anything on the way, and we went to nearby Walmart and got some stuff for the next day breakfast. It's a very good first impression as a newcomer to Charleston..

Our business team of 22 people used Charleston Black Cab Company for a brew tour through the city of Charleston and had the best time EVER. Paul, the tour guide/driver was a hit - we all loved him. This team outing turned a boring sales meeting into a success! Their concierge team, including Kim, Constantine, Danielle, and Matt were wonderful to work with. The Charleston Black Cab Company provided limousine service for my wife and her friends to her 70th Birthday Party. All they could talk about was how nice, how courteous and how professional the driver, Joe Jones was - he even offered these ladies recipes. He was polite and engaging to the point they were sad the ride was over. The vehicle itself was stylish, clean, large and comfortable. A truly enjoyable enhancement to a 70th Birthday Party celebration. (Attached is a screen shot of a text from one of the passengers, in transit, no less!)

All around great company to work with. The booking process was very simple and the team made sure to follow up in a timely manner. Paula was our driver and she was fantastic! She was on time and made sure we were having a great time the entire night. Every stop/pickup we made she was exactly where she said she would be! Used this service for the first time mid-April 2016. The service uses technology to communicate with the driver & customer, received accurate text messages from company & driver. Easily located our car/driver at airport. The vehicle was spotless, clean, the driver was professional and willing to chat during the drive. Due to a medical emergency we had to change our return to the airport. The only hiccup was our cell service was spotty so we missed a few calls from the driver trying to assist us. Entire process was smooth, we recommend them!

The drivers were very friendly and helpful with getting our things in and out of the car for us at the hotel and airport. Cars were clean and nice. Service was emailed to me as a reminder the day before and day of. Drivers called us as soon as they arrived and were already at the airport waiting for us. Would definitely recommend
