We used them for our wedding and I would give them 12/10 stars. Timing was prompt and the Ron was amazing. Communication from start to end was so easy.

Our driver was early, polite and professional

Needed to get a party bus for a large crew on short notice and these guys delivered in spades. The bus was awesome and we had plenty of room. They reconfirmed with us to make sure all the details were correct and driver was on time and ready to go.

The bus was clean and looked great and a great way to go out in style. The wet bars were stocked with ice and clean glasses and we got to bring what we wanted to drink. Really made for an awesome night would recommend you treat yourself at least once.

Our driver was extremely professional and prompt to pick us up. The shuttle was very clean - we will definitely be using Charleston Black Cab again!

Toan and team took care of us and was hassle free, no worry for the entire experience. I made four bookings for two separate days for golf and any issues with the transport would have shot the trip. We did not have to worry as they arrived on time every time and even were flexible to come early when needed. Can't say enough good things about this company in an industry full of bad ones.

I used Charleston Black Cab Company for a Private Wine Tour for a Bachelorette Party of 16 girls. They were amazing. When I called to book my reservation, Constantine was so excited to learn about the details of the Bachelorette Party and threw in several free bottles of Champagne. The Private Limo bus picked us up at our home, promptly at the time they said and were patient with us running a few minutes behind. On the Limo Bus they had all the amenities, cups, water, ice, and our Tour Guide and Driver were extremely friendly and accommodating. The stops along this wine tour were amazing. We had wine, moonshine, whiskey, beer, basically everything! It was extremely organized and we didn't have to stress about anything. I highly recommend using this company - specifically for their wine tour!!
