Charleson Black Cab Company Reviews

Every part of my experience with Black Cab was amazing. Easy set up, superb actual service. Loved the text reminding me someone was on their way! I honestly am so glad we chose them. Worth every penny!

So easy to schedule and bus showed up right on time. The bus was comfortable and the driver was fantastic. Will use this service everytime we visit IOP/CHS with a group!

Mr. Herbert was extremely pleasant and accommodating to the group. Thanks for providing great customer service!

Terrie is very customer-centered and does many things to make the experience pleasant ! I would highly recommend Black Cab to anyone.

Communication from beginning to end was excellent, our driver Saleem was on time, very accommodating, no issues at all with entire experience!

Excellent customer service, flexible in all aspects of our ride and displayed top tier kindness . Thank you for a great afternoon!

Chose this tour for my friends bachelorette party and Danielle was awesome! Highly recommend.

The driver could not have been more professional. He was on time, communicated clearly, and the car was spotless. I would highly recommend this car service.

The driver and tour was amazing. Everything was taken care of seamlessly. We had a blast. The driver was professional, but also fun. If you can request Julio for your tour I would highly recommend it. I would definitely go on this tour again when visiting charleston

Excellent service for a bachelorette trip!

Great service!

We had a great time using the Charleston Black Cab Company. We had the bus take us from dinner, to the different bars around Charleston. We appreciated Jeremy's recommendations, timeliness, and professionalism. Would recommend for any bachelorette party!

Charleston Black Cab is by far the best limo service in town! Communication was super easy. Our driver was always prompt and ahead of schedule! They made our trip to Charleston seamless and so much fun! Thank you so much!!

This company deserves their high ratings. Our flight to Charleston was cancelled and we were put on different flights with numerous delays. They kept in touch with us and our driver was waiting for us. Also on our return, the driver picked us right on time even though my phone was on flight mode and they could not reach me. This company really cares and provides excellent service. Thanks John and Frank and everyone else at Charleston Black Cab.

Excellent service. On time readily available. Driver Jerrell was fantastic. I’d give 6 stars for his service.

So, so fun! I booked this for a bachelorette weekend and it was so worth it. Kenneth was amazing!!!

I can’t praise Charleston Black Cab enough for their recent service for my elderly mom. We needed assistance getting my mom home from Charleston airport upon her arrival from a recent trip. It was a last minute situation due to some unforeseen issues. Charleston Black Cab was right there to help us out. Their services from Kim’s reservation to Michael’s pickup and driving were outstanding. They took care of every detail and left my 87 year old mom with a safe and pleasant experience. I can’t thank them enough for their services and support. They have a new customer for life. Thank you again! Well done!

Best luxury service around. Derek was amazing and accommodating to every need. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Great experience, on time, took all the stress out of traveling

Booked for a bachelorette party. Wonderful experience and great driver/staff. The party bus was clean and had lots of neat features. They were super easy to work with and will definitely be using them again!

We used Charleston Black Cab multiple times this past weekend and the service is great! They were so easy to work with, sent a van big enough for our whole group and the pricing was fair (cheap compared to other cities). Our driver Dan was patient and friendly with our group of rowdy girls. He was prompt and picked us up when we needed to go home...even let us stop for some snacks on the way back to Folly Beach.

We also used them for several trips to the airport and couldn't have been happier.

Excellent service
Well worth the cost

Jordan was early and did a great job. Our first time with your company and very satisfied.
