I’m extremely angry with how they do business! I cancelled a booking that is scheduled for Oct 15th, 2 months away, and I’m out $106!!!! First of all they didn’t refund my Cancellation insurance which I might add I didn’t even know I purchased and if they had told me I would have declined because it’s only useful if you cancel at the last minute NOT 2 months ahead like I did! Also they apparently charge a booking fee for the ride to the event and being picked up even though I booked them at the same time in the same call!!! So $60 dollars lost on booking fees and $46.25 lost for the cancellation Insurance I never wanted and technically didn’t have to use bevsuse I cancelled in advance which you can do whether you have their insurance or not!!!! I’m furious and will never use them or recommend them to anyone!!!

I could not have asked for a better car company experience with my family. We needed car seats. They had them. Our flight was delayed. They stayed with us until we arrived and got us to our final destination safely. Clean cars, responsible drivers who are also good conversationalists. A convenient way to get to and from the airport with small children. We are going to call them again for our next trip! Thank you, Liuba

I loved loved Monica with the company! As well as everyone — but she was the most polished and sociable! My luggage was delayed and she waiting for it with me like a champ. And she even knew how to install the car seat for my 2-year-old very well! Highly impressed with the company

We used Black Cab to go to and from my niece's wedding. The company was very responsive to our requests and the drivers, both Paul and Kimberly were very professional and friendly as well. I celebrated my 21st birthday with this company! I had a blast. The driver was awesome ! They were on Time. The bus was clean, it came with 4 bottles of champagne 🍾 I will definitely will be using this company again !!!! Since I turned 21 I don’t remember much but I just got all my photos and videos back and we all had a blast 🤩

We used Charleston Black Cab Company to transport our group of 8 to/from the airport while on vacation in Charleston area. They were very responsive while booking the transportation, had great communication confirming our pickups, and the driver was great - courteous, arrived early, was safe and even provided bottled water for the group. Will definitely use them again!

Ran into Danielle while we were out and about and asked about a ghost tour. She was very professional and set us up with Al Monday July 1st, his stories were great and he was very personable. The Charleston Black Cab Company prides itself on a high level of professionalism. Our driver was on time, ensured we all signed our waivers, and explained the party bus in detail. So we knew how to control everything. While riding on the party bus, the ride was smooth. He drove like we were a special care package. I would highly recommend this company. The party bus was extremely clean and stunning inside.

My bachelorette trip of 10 used the Black Cab Company for round-trip service on July 4th, and we couldn't have had a better time! The company was easy to book with, provided professional service, and was extremely organized. I was emailed invoices with all the details I needed, and the driver was on time for pick-up and drop-off. The bus was SO fun for our group and was the best way to start and end the night. I recommend Black Cab for any transportation needs you may have in the Charleston area!

Excellent service!

We had a pick up with Terri to the Dropkick Murphys concert on Sunday evening and then a return trip with Terri as well. She was awesome and accommodating with bottled water and made sure we made the concert on time. We were not sure when the concert would end so she told us to just let her know. It was over before our schedule pickup but she was there in no time to pick us up. We felt safe and the car was super clean and luxurious. Terri is a great cheauffer, I recommend her for any trip. I felt bad for those trying to get rideshare, it seemed like they were struggling to get a ride. I am so glad we booked with this company in advance.
