I called less than 24 hours before arriving and they were able to provide us with excellent service from airport to the hotel. Jim was amazing. Sadly, i broke my leg at the hotel and we had to change our plans to get me back to Houston. Jim arrived at 5:30am to help us get loaded, got us to the airport, found me a wheelchair and helped my husband with the bags. Everyone was just as nice as could be. We'll definitely call again when we get to do our do-over trip!

Driver was great. Personable and professional. Vehicle was clean. Everything was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

The service was Great. I called on relatively short Notice to go from Kiawah to the airport on a Sunday. Everything was flawless.

Incredible company that was more affordable than all the other vehicle providers! We fielded multiple quotes and they beat them all. Drivers showed up on time, were very kind, and had all the amenities you may need (aux, ice in party van, koozies, etc) - highly recommend!!

I used Charleston Black Cab Company last week and they did a fantastic job. When my flight landed in CHS and I turned on my cell phone, I had a text message saying my car was enroute. Before I was able to deplane, I received a second text message with my driver's name and cell phone number. As I was walking thru the airport, I received a phone call from my driver, Joe, describing himself and telling me where he was parked. Joe was very personable and professional providing excellent service. I had to contact Charleston Black Cab to change my pick up location and the operator was super friendly and made the change with no hassle. My second driver was Barney and the poor guy had to pick me up at 530am in Folly Beach so I can't even imagine what time he had to get up that day. He was very friendly and courteous in spite of the ungodly hour. I would use this company again in a heart beat and highly recommend them to anyone who needs transportation in SC.

We used the Black Cab Company for a bachelorette trip in Charleston and it was a 10/10 experience!!! They were extremely timely, communicative, and accommodating to whatever we needed. They were extremely easy to book and work with, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone else I know who is looking for a party bus service! They have a wide range of cars available, and they are all extremely spacious with a nice interior and a great surround system. Definitely book!!

EXCELLENT experience - we hired a 14 person passenger van to transport crew for a photo shoot. Service was extremely easy to book, driver arrived on time or ahead of schedule each day, and provided real time updates and ETA via text. Driver Jordan was pleasant, professional, and helpful. The customer service from Toan, Dan, and Herb we're superb. Although the dispatcher who was a girl was very rude and hung up on me multiple times and my pick up was late I enjoyed the drivers company and southern hospitality.

I found Charleston Black Cab online. I was looking for a black sedan to pick my wife and I up from the airport. It was our Anniversary and I was looking for something special. Well, we received more than I expected. The chauffeur met us at the baggage claim and brought the SUV around. The car was brand new and spotless. Our service was fabulous from start to finish. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
We also used Charleston Black Cab Co. for a private tour of the Magnolias Plantation. Our chauffeur was early and our experience was excellent. When we got to the Plantation the lines were very long. We didn't have to wait or worry about anything. Kate our chauffeur had all our tours taken care of. We enjoyed the tours, drinks and snacks provided by our chauffeur on our visit. I realized that is was more reasonable to book it through them, then trying to coordinate our trip myself individually. Please enjoy this great service as we did.

Both gentlemen who shuttled us to and from downtown Charleston were excellent. Each opened the door for me, made sure my husband and I were comfortable, and drove safely. They even made sure that the music station was to our liking. The conversation was intelligent and interesting as well. I would recommend this service to anyone seeking cab service in this area.

We recently did the Winery, Distillery, and Brewery tour for a Bachelorette Party. Our driver Josh was awesome! Everything was prompt. Josh was able to make accommodations to the original itinerary for us since it was overly hot outside. Overall I highly recommend booking so worth it!!

The booking staff was so easy to work with and they had great pricing. I looked at a few different party bus services for 17-20 people in the Charleston area and Charleston Black cab was by far the most responsive and had great deals for longer rides.

This was such a fun day! We did the plantation and winery/distillery trip for my sister’s bachelorette. Coby was an excellent tour guide and worked very hard to keep us on schedule and make sure we enjoyed the trip. The snacks and champagne were a great treat!
